The invention relates to compositions of concrete mixtures and can be used for the manufacture of building structures and products that work: w: them under conditions that perceived increased strength loads that have the ability B to withstand aggressive effects of concentrated salt solutions for a long period of time, acids, alkalis, water or their vapors, suitable for the construction of hydraulic structures, the upper part of the roads and the take-off and landing grounds of airfields.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength, modulus of elasticity and reduce the permeability of concrete.
Цемент входит в состав предлагаемой бетонной смеси как компонент, регулирующий скорость затвердени .Ground soluble glass is completely dissolved in liquid, water, and mixtures containing liquid water, which is one of the factors that make it possible to avoid the drawbacks that occur when using silicate water glass and ground silicate. Ground soluble glass, pre-mixed in dry conditions with the remaining components of the proposed concrete mix, in the period of its manufacturing technology, liquid glass of the required density is formed, enveloping all the components of the mix uniformly, thus avoiding aggregation liquid glass and create a homogeneous mixture, increasing its mobility and more complete relaxation in the process of molding building products and structures, all this creates minimal internal voltage therein. Cement is part of the proposed concrete mix as a component that regulates the rate of hardening.
The concrete mix is prepared as follows.
Dispense components, then load them into a standard concrete mixer.

On the forced action, mix them in a dry state, then pour the required amount of water with a temperature of 80-90 ° C.
Within a specified period of time, ground soluble glass that is contained in the mixture is completely dissolved,. When all the components are mixed with water, a series of complex chemical processes occurs, as a result of which the proposed concrete mixture acquires a complex of enhanced physicochemical and mechanical properties with the necessary structure formation that occurs both during the manufacturing process and after the preparation of products and structures from it. and structures during their hardening.
2.The compositions of the concrete mixture are presented in table 1, and their properties in table 2.
