Abstract
2 з. п. S (ЛThe invention relates to a technique for cleaning dust from gases and can be used in the metallurgical, construction, chemical and other industries that require thin cleaning of gases from dust. Its use will improve the efficiency of the filter in operation by eliminating atmospheric air leaks when replacing filter elements, as well as due to a more even distribution of the dusty gas over the cross section of the sections and reducing the entrainment of dust from the hopper to the hoses. A gas filter bag for gas cleaning is provided with screens mounted successively above the screw and inclined plates fixed between the vertical partitions and the screens. The filter is also provided with guide vanes attached to the side wall of the bunker and placed between adjacent partitions. In addition, the upper part of the side wall of the bunker from the collector side of the gaseous gas can be made in the form of a concave surface. 2 h. n. f-ly, 5 ill. S (l

38The filter works as follows. During the filtration period, the dusty gas enters through the collector 7 into the bunker 2, from there into the chamber 18 of the dirty gas and is filtered through the filtering elements 14 with dust deposited on their outer surface. 2) позвол ет на 6% сократить высоту бункера, но сложнее в изготовлении, поскольку детали бункера и разделительные перегородки имеют достаточно сложную конфигурацию .In the filter, the guide vane creates a horizontal dust and gas flow, evenly distributed over the entire section of the section, and forms a stagnant zone in the bunker, in which there is unhindered sedimentation of dust. The constructive implementation of the guide vane (Fig. 2) makes it possible to reduce the height of the bunker by 6%, but it is more difficult to manufacture, since the parts of the bunker and the dividing walls have a rather complicated configuration.
