Description

There are known methods for laying reinforced concrete piers on a railway platform, in which bandages are put on each pillar and, when stacking pillars, the upper rows are put on the bandages of the lower rows. However, the use of such methods is difficult for srn.

В описываемом способе дл  возможности строповки, увеличени  количества р дов в штабеле и сохранности опор при перевозке на них надевают разъемные бандажи, полукольца которых ст гивают на опоре болтами, а в зазор между внутренней поверхностью бандажа и опорой вставл ют клинь .In the described method, in order to be able to sling, increase the number of rows in the stack and the safety of the supports, they are put on detachable bands, the half rings of which are bolted on the support, and a wedge is inserted into the gap between the inner surface of the bandage and the support.

FIG. 1 shows a bandage; in fig. 2 - scheme of laying the supports on the railway platform.

мещени .The method of laying reinforced concrete pillars on a railway platform is. that on the support / directly after its unforming they wear bandages 2, consisting of two half-rings 3 and 4, which are attached to the support / bolts 5, followed by wedging. Laying the supports on the platform 6 is carried out in such a way that the upper rows of tires lie on the lower rows of tires, and the projections 7 of the tires enter the corresponding depressions 8. Thereafter, the tires 2 are fixed to each other with bolts 9 and H1 of the 10 supports from the longitudinal V: transverse displacement.

The described method of laying the supports improves the organization of loading and unloading them by simplifying slinging and enhancing safety, ensuring the safety of supports during transportation and storage, as well as more fully load railway platforms. So, for example, instead of 12 pillars 22 m long each, which were previously transported by a clutch of two six hundred titon platforms, 18 can be transported using this method, i.e. one third more.
