The invention relates to the design of flat woven cables and can be used in flexible current leads used in electrical and radio equipment.
Цель изобретени - повышение эксплуатационной надежности кабел путем увеличени его изгибоустойчивости и упрощение технологии его изготовлени .The purpose of the invention is to increase the operational reliability of the cable by increasing its bend resistance and simplify the technology of its manufacture.
FIG. 1 shows the cable structure at high magnification; in fig. 2 - cable with conductors combined in pairs of crossed sinusoids; in fig. 3 - cable with conductors having straight sections; in fig. 4 - cable loop in working condition.
и 2 прин ты следующие обозначени : 1 и 2 - пр мой и обратный проводники, объединенные в одну пару; 3 - нить основы; 4 - нить утка; 5 - участок проводников синусоидальной формы; 6 - участок проводников пр мо- линейной формы; R - радиус изгиба кабел .FIG. and 2 accept the following notation: 1 and 2 - direct and reverse conductors combined into one pair; 3 - warp; 4 - weft thread; 5 - section of sinusoidal conductors; 6 - linear conductor section; R is the cable bend radius.
The pairs of conductors 1 and 2 are made in the form of sinusoids that are 180 ° out of phase with each other. Conductors in pairs intersect each other, and the location of the conductors at the crossing points alternates. Weft threads are interlaced by conductors in pairs at the places of their greatest distance from each other.
When fabricated on a ribbon machine, conductors 1 and 2 may additionally have straight sections,

расположенные с равномерным шагом и на одном уровне.located with uniform pitch and on the same level.
Cables of the proposed design, in contrast to the known ones, can be completely formed in a single pass on a ribbon-loom without an additional operation of twisting the conductors in pairs. In addition, a cable loop of this design acquires additional operational reliability when bending due to the absence of loop warping.
The presence of straight sections simplifies the cutting of the cable and its termination in the apparatus.
