The invention relates to optical instrumentation, in particular, to the technology of contact blueprint. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design of the device, increase reliability and improve operating conditions.
2 - часть коллимирующей пластины , изометри .FIG. 1 shows a sketch of a device for contact photo printing, a general view with a partial cut-out of the front wall; FIG. 2 - part of the collimating plate, isometric.
A device for contact photo printing consists of a housing 1 (FIG. 1) to which the cover 2 of the clamping device is hinged. A transparent contact glass 3 is installed on the upper surface of the housing 1, and in the lower part of the housing there is a multi-lamp illumination chamber 4 with an output window 5 diffusely scattering the luminous flux, made of milk organic glass. Directly above the exit window 5, with the help of guides 6 in the housing 1, the cell plate 7 is rigidly fixed, the collimation is the light flux. Plate 7 is removed from contact glass 3 to a distance of at least 3.5 times its thickness. Between the contact glass 3 and the cellular plate 7, collimating the luminous flux, nonactinic sources 8 are installed around the perimeter of the frame beyond its borders to illuminate the negative 9 placed on the contact glass 3. A format photosensitive material 10 is laid on the negative 9. Source 8 contains electric bulbs 11 and housing 12, which are mounted on base 13. To create convenience when replacing burnt electric bulbs 11, base 13, common to all sources 8, is mounted for movement. It is a rectangular frame having a window 14 in the central part, the dimensions of which exceed the size of the frame. In the apron corners of the base 13, latches are installed to fix the base (not shown), and in one of the rear corners there is a plug of an electrical connector (not shown). Foundation 13 relies on guides

To improve the illumination, the negative 9 with non-typical light of the walls of the housings 12 facing the window 14 is located at an angle of 70-90 to the base.

22.electric bulbs 17, having switches (toggle switches) 18, located on the control panel 19 mounted on the front wall of the device. The brightness of the central electric lamp can be changed smoothly with the knob 20, and the remaining lamps 17 - discretely with the knob 21. The automatic exposure time is set with the knob 22.
The collimating plate 7 (Fig. 2) is a structure of open hexagonal cells of the honeycomb type and is assembled from separate profiled strips 23 made of an opaque thin material, such as aluminum alloy foil, and joined, for example, by gluing.
The device works as follows.
3.The included light bulbs 17 of the illumination chamber 4 illuminate the exit window 5 and diffuse scattered light hits the collimating plate 7. The collimated light flux through the transparent contact glass 3 illuminates the negative 9. View negative 9 in transmitted light with the lid 2 open, the operator sets the required level of illumination the negative 9 with the help of the knobs 20 and 21, and turning off the individual light bulbs 17 with the corresponding toggle switches 18 and thus the shade of the negative, the necessary illumination distribution of the negative 9 is achieved ie the operator handle 22 sets the exposure time, turns off the lighting Ka | measure 4 and puts a sheet of photosensitive material 10 on the negative 9, focusing on the boundaries of the negative visible against the background of light sources 8 of nonactinic backlighting, and then closes the lid 2, tightly pressing the photosensitive material 10 and negative 9 to the contact glass 3.
10.The light bulbs 17 of the illumination chamber 4 are switched on, creating such an illumination of negative 9, which is set by the operator when viewing the negative 9. The specified exposure time is worked out automatically. The cover 2 is then opened to remove the exposed photosensitive sheet. body material 10.
