Изобретение относитс  к приборостроению и может быть использовано в конструкци х, типа корпус-крышка дл  создани  уплотнени  на стыках и обеспечени  герметизации в корпусах приборов , контейнеров и т.д. Целью изобретени   вл етс  ловьппение надежности уплотнени  за счет обеспечени  равномерного посто нного контактного давлени  по всему периметру прокладки, исключение вли ни  нестабильности усадки материала прокладки, снижение трудоемкости изготовлени . Уплотнительна  прокладка прессуетс  непосредственно в пазу уплотн емой детали, котора  используетс  при этом в качестве элемента пресс-формы, а ответна  часть пресс-формы образует контактную поверхность прокладки выпукло-вогнутого профил , в котором площадь сечени  выступающих над линией стыка частей меньше площади сечени  впадины. При закрывании крышки прокладка сжимаетс  между фланцами корпуса и крынки и ее выступы вдавливаютс  во впадину.
