The wastewater clarification device consists of a housing 1 comprising a flotation chamber 2 and a clarification chamber 3 with a thin-layer separation unit in the form of inclined plates 4, an inclined partition 5 separating chambers 2 and 3 to form a collection 6 of frothy product. A vertical semi-submersible partition 7 with openings 8 in the lower part is installed in the clarification chamber 3 to form the clarified water chamber 9 and the collection pocket 10 of the frothy product. For supplying the source water, the pipeline 1 serves. The drainage of the clarified water is pipeline 12, and the froth product is the pipelines 13 and 14. The lower part of the body serves as a reservoir 15 of sediment with a pipeline 16 of drainage of sediment.
The device works as follows.
Sewage water, which is electrocoagulant, passes through conduit 11 to the flotation chamber 2, where it is freed from the main part of the frothy product, and passes under the inclined partition 5, section. the flotation chamber 2 from the chamber 3 is thin-layer clarification and goes to the plates 4. The foam product is poured into the collector 6 as it accumulates, from where it is removed via pipeline 13. Due to the fact that the initial drain contains particles possessing various hydraulic size and buoyancy, then the passage between the thin-layer plates, heavy cobalt particles settle on them (in the direction from top to bottom) and accumulate in the tip; 1 15 sediment, and the entraining residual part of the frothy product floats on the surface of the water (in Bottom up) is delayed by a submerged partition 7 and is periodically removed through conduit 14. Thus, the high efficiency of clarification of waste water is ensured. The clarified water flows through the openings 8 of the partition 7 to the discharge pipeline 12, and the sediment is discharged from the sediment accumulator 15 through the pipeline 16 under hydrostatic pressure.
0It is advisable to install an inclined partition 5 at an angle of 45–60 ° with a cooTHoine distance from the lower edge of the partition to the bottom of the flotation chamber to the height of the plates within 0.2–0. Цри меньшем угле наклона перегородки «45°) экономичность устройства снижаетс за счет увеличени объема камеры флотации и, следовательно, уменьщени объема камеры тонкослойного осветлени .The clarity of the treated water is reduced. This is due to the fact that the volume of the upper part of the flotation chamber is reduced, which leads to the removal of the froth product into the thin layer clarification chamber. The lower the angle of inclination of the partition (45 °), the economy of the device is reduced by increasing the volume of the flotation chamber and, consequently, reducing the volume of the thin-layer clarification chamber.
When ratios of the partition distance from the lower edge of the partition to the bottom of the flotation chamber are above 0.3 N (where H is the height of the plates), flakes of coagulum FI are released, the clarification chamber results in a deterioration in the quality of the clarified water. The lower ratios (0.2N) show the effect of flow turbulence, which contributes to the partial destruction of floated coagulum flakes, and consequently, a decrease in the degree of clarification of water is observed.
The efficiency of water clarification is influenced by the deepening of the semi-submersible partition. The depth below 0.1 N leads to the fact that part of the coagulum flakes are not retained by the septum and are carried out together with the clarified water, and therefore the quality of the clarified water deteriorates. When the submersible septum is deeper than 0.3 N, the coagulum flakes settled on the plates are agitated by a stream of clarified water, which leads to secondary pollution of the water.

Turn on the camera f. the removal of the psp product together with water, i.e. eliminate non-productive water losses, and obtain a froth product with a significantly lower water content, which is important for further processing. Comparison of the results of tests carried out with the use of an oil trap sump and the proposed device showed that non-production losses are about 20 and
57% respectively, which indicates
