Abstract

Изобретение относитс к области сельскохоз йственного машиностроени . Изобретение позвол ет повысить качество обработки сем н свеклы и производительность при удалении околоплодника. Цилиндр 1 устройства установлен с возможностью возвратно-поступательного движени . Внутри цилиндра 1 размешен с возможностью вращательного движени ротор 5. На внутренней поверхности цилиндра 1 установлена щетка 2. На внешней поверхности ротора 5 выполнены кольцевые канавки 6. В цилиндре вырезано окно 10 дл установки бункера 11, подающего семена свеклы в устройство . Дл вывода обработанных сем н в нижней части окна 10 установлены выталкиватели 15 сем н в виде зубовой гребенки. На дне канавок 6 установлены упругие элементы 7 дл поджати сем н к щетке 2 цилиндра 1. Дл ориентации сем н бункер 11 снабжен вертикальными перегородками 12 и над каждой кольцевой канавкой ротора 5 внутри бункера установлены нагнетатели 13 в виде лопастных крыльчаток.
