This invention relates to the field of medicine, namely dental surgery.
The aim of the invention is to preserve the viability of the graft.
The method is carried out as follows.
Dental graft - the bud after collection from the donor is thoroughly washed in saline. A saline solution is necessary to remove blood residues from the graft. Then the trans plantation is placed in a bottle of honey, where it is stored for 48-72 hours. After 48-72 hours, glycerin is added to the honey at a glycerin-honey ratio of 3: 1 and then the bottle with a dental graft is placed in a refrigerator and stored t at 5 ° C
A two-month-old dental graft is taken, it is thoroughly washed in physiological saline and placed in bee honey, where it is stored for 50 hours. Special bacteriological methods of examination establish the sterility of dental grafts without the use of any antibiotics. After that, glycerol is added to the honey at a glycerin to honey ratio of 311. After 1,2,6,12,18,24 months, dental grafts are subjected to histological, histochemical, and electron microscopic studies to determine the viability of the graft. It was found that, within 18 months, the histologic specimens of preserved dental grafts clearly define the nuclei of ameloblasts, odontoblasts, and pulpocytes. On the electron diffraction patterns, mitochondria are visible, where the bilayer of their outer membrane is preserved and the sod and cell membrane are well defined. Preservation of these cellular structures during organ preservation indicates the viability of the cells. The viability of the graft during the preservation of the proposed method is maintained for 18 months compared with the known (30-60 days).
