Изобретение относитс к медицинской технике. Цель изобретени - уменьшение травматичности и сокращение времени операции . Инструмент содержит бранши 1 и 2 с рабочими губками 3 и 4. Рабочие губки 4 имеют заостренный конец 9 с отверсти ми 10 дл лигатур. При совмещении губок 3 и 4 ирорезь остаетс свободной. Зажим содержит три бранщи и 2с рабочими губками 3 и 4, соединенные шарниром 5. На конце бранш 1 и 2 имеютс кольца дл пальцев 6 и замковое приспособление в виде кремальер 7, причем бравши расположены таким образом, что две из них 2 противосто т одной 1, снабженной двойным крючком 8 вблизи кольца дл пальца 6, а в месте кремальер 7 выведены в одну плоскость. Рабочие губки 4 представлены одной широкой с загнутым заостренным концом 9 с отверсти ми 10 дл лигатур.
