Description

The invention relates to the fish processing industry, in particular to methods and devices for cleaning fish from scales.

The known methods are based on the fact that fish scales are exerted by a force directed along the line of attachment of the scale of the scales to the skin of the fish. This method is not sufficiently effective and the lack of it is manifested in the need for repeated passage of the working organ to the area of skin for complete separation from the scales, which slows down the process of cleaning fish.

The aim of the invention is to accelerate the cleaning.

The method of cleaning fish from scales consists in the impact of the cutting tool in the direction transverse to the line of attachment of scales with the simultaneous influence of a force directed along the line of the cut.

The device works as follows.
