Description

Patent L 2323 describes an apparatus for mechanical glazing of fass and porcelain dishes, consisting of an infinitely moving belt with fixtures attached to it by the device indicated in the patent, with several ribbons around the tape, one of which is in the glazing box.

In the proposed modification of the apparatus, holders of products in the form of slides are used, which allow laying a different assortment of dishes on them, moreover, to support the latter in the centering tank, there are elastic flat springs with rollers. .

The apparatus for the mechanical glazing of facial and porcelain dishes consists of holders 3 in the form of a sled,

freely rotating on rods x 5 attached to an endless belt 4.4. This shape of the holders allows a variety of dishes to be placed on them, i.e. deep and shallow, large and small plates. The passage of the dishes through the tank with glaze is supported by the side 6 installed in it, consisting of a rigid metal tape on which elastic flat springs with rollers are attached, pressing the dishes to the holder 3. to avoid stalling it from the slide. Upon exiting the vessels from the glazing tank 17, the holders 3 are given the necessary inclination for draining the glaze by placing under the tape 4.4 a special plane 11, the inclination of which can be changed with screws, and therefore the inclination of the slide is changed as the latter slide along the plane 11. On the plane 11, elastic roll-on prongs 12 are placed to remove the glaze droplets from the dishes in order to avoid incrustations, and on the tape 4.4 they are the same tools 14 to remove the glazes from the tape back to the tank.

1. An embodiment of an apparatus for mechanical glazing of fessile and porcelain dishes described in patent L 2323, characterized with the use of holders 3 in the form of a sled (Fig. 2), freely rotating on rods 5 attached to an endless belt 4.4 and

resting along the path from the loading point to the place of unloading onto supporting planes 11, 11 (Figs. 1, 2, 4).

2. In the apparatus indicated in item 1, use the fixture 6 installed in the glazing tank for supporting the plates consisting of elastic flat springs attached to a rigid holder with rollers (Fig. 1).

3. In the apparatus indicated in item 1, use of elastic roll devices 12 and 14 (fig. O) installed on the lifting tape from the tank, respectively, serving to remove the glaze drops from the dishes and tape and to send them back to the tank.
