Abstract
This invention relates to ophthalmology. The purpose of the invention is to reduce postoperative complications while reducing the time of surgery. Cuts of the conjunctiva, sclera and flat part of the ciliary body are made. A channel is formed in the posterior lens capsule and between the optical part of the artificial lens and the iris. Through this channel, the vitreotome tip is introduced into the anterior chamber and the hypopyon and exudate are aspirated. Remove fibrous exudative film. Vitrectomy is performed. A solution of dexazone and gentamicin is administered under the conjunctiva. The method allows to reduce astigmatism by 90%. with SP 00 ate together
Description
The invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology, and can be used in the surgical treatment of endophthalmitis with artifacia.
The aim of the invention is to reduce postoperative complications while reducing the time of surgery.
1-2 nodal stitches for each incision, 0.2 mg of gentamicin solution is injected into the eye cavity, continuous sutures are placed on scleral incisions. Under the conjunctiva, 0.3 ml of dexazone solution and 20 mg of gentamicin are injected.
Compared with the known method, the proposed method allows to reduce postoperative astigmatism by 90%, the development of epithelial-endothelial dystrophy of horny
Initially, to create a maximum of 10 shells at 98% while simultaneously having short mydriasis, 0.1-0.3 ml of the time of surgical intervention of stadrenaline is injected. A corneal paracentesis of 0.8–1.0 mm, two incisions of the conjunctiva, sclera and flat part of the ciliary body with the choroidal membrane are made.
