Description
A known method for producing reactive hydrochloric acid consists in distilling the corresponding technical hydrochloric acid obtained by synthesizing hydrochloric hydrogen from chlorine and hydrogen.
На чертеже изображена технологическа схема получени реактивной сол ной кислоты .With the aim of . The cost of procurement and simplification of the technological scheme suggests a method for producing reactive hydrochloric acid, wherein the burner for the synthesis of hydrogen chloride is immersed in technical hydrochloric acid, and the azeotropic mixture containing 22.5% of hydrogen chloride is boiled away by the heat of reaction. The hydrochloric acid resulting from the condensation of the vapors of the azeotropic mixture is additionally saturated with hydrogen chloride and, thus, 36-38% hydrochloric acid is obtained. The drawing shows a flow chart for the production of reactive hydrochloric acid.
Synthesis of hydrogen chloride from chlorine and hydrogen is carried out in a submerged combustion furnace 1 using a graphite burner 2 immersed in technical hydrochloric acid.
5The vapors of the azeotropic mixture (22.5% HC1) boiling away due to the heat of reaction and the unabsorbed hydrogen chloride are freed from entrained liquid in the packed column 3 and are fed into two water-cooled igurite absorbers 4 parallel to each other. To maintain a constant level of technical hydrochloric acid in the apparatus (s), water is continuously supplied in an amount corresponding to the amount of water discharged in the azeotrope mixture. The flow of water is measured at the flowmeter 5. In the absorbers 4, hydrogen chloride saturates the hydrochloric acid obtained by the condensation of the vapors of the azeotropic mixture to a concentration of 36-38%. The resulting reactive acid is continuously discharged through the reservoir 6 into the container. The hydrogen chloride that is not absorbed in the absorbers 4 flows successively into the tail absorber 7 and the tail column 8, which is irrigated with water supplied countercurrently to the gas. Obtained in devices 7 and 5
The technical salt on the syringe is discharged through the hydraulic lock 9 and enters the storage tanks.
тепла реакции до 55% синтезируемого хлористого водорода получают в виде реактивной сол ной кислоты, отвечающей требовани м ГОСТ 3118-46 и имеющей квалификацию z.By using the heat of reaction, up to 55% of the synthesized hydrogen chloride is obtained in the form of reactive hydrochloric acid that meets the requirements of GOST 3118-46 and has qualification of z.
The plant can operate on low concentration chlorine gas, is insensitive, to significant load fluctuations and can be easily automated.
