Description

Basically auth. St. No. 110513 describes a method for the separate extraction of oil and water from watered wells using a submersible pump for pumping formation water, which requires the expenditure of electricity. Known methods of water lift gas lift require the presence of compressor stations or gas gathering and gas distribution network from neighboring wells. In case of insufficient reservoir pressure, it is generally not possible to separate the oil and water by the fountain method.

The proposed method of separate extraction of oil and water from watered wells differs from the method described in ed. St. No. 110513, in that the gas produced from the same well is used to lift the water.

The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the equipment well, working on the proposed method.

A check valve 2 is installed at the bottom of the column / riser. A crawler 3 with a cross flow coupling is installed above it, and a pipe 4 and 5 are installed at the top of the well. A high pressure drain 6, a low pressure drain 7 and a reservoir are installed on the surface for receiving oil. 8 for oil, and for receiving water a low pressure drain 9 and a tank 10. The well is mastered with a mobile compressor, providing simultaneous separate oil and water extraction.

Air is supplied from the compressor to the annular space between pipes 4 and 5 and through the starting valves 11 enters the casing, through which lifts the produced water into the drain 9 n from it into the reservoir 10. Oil under the action of reservoir pressure flows through

Вода же из трапа 9 перемещаетс  в емкость 10, а из последней в промысловую канализацию.the central row of pipes 4 into the ladder 6, then into the ladder 7 and the tank 8. When the mode of operation of the well is established, the gas evolved from the oil in the ladder b is directed into the annular space between the pipes 4 and 5, and the air supply is stopped. The gas lifts the water and along with it enters the ladder 9, where it is separated from the water and enters the gas collection network. The water from the ladder 9 is transferred to the tank 10, and from the latter to the field sewer.

In the ladder 7, there is an additional separation of gas from oil.
