Abstract

The invention relates to the field of silicate technology, to the production of lead aluminosilicate glass, intended for use in microelectronics for sealing thick-film elements of microcircuits. The goal is to reduce adhesion to nickel. Glass contains, - wt.%: SiO 11.0-15.0; BiOj 5.0-10.0 ;, AljGj 5.0-7.0; PbO 62.0-70.0; ZnO 4.0-6.0; ZrOj 1.0-2.0; SnO 1.0-2.0; MnO 0.1-0.5; Re, 0e 0.1-0.5; NiO 0.1-0.5. The sum of MnO + NiO is 0.5–1.0 wt.%. Glass can be used in engineering as a chemically resistant insulating material. KTP glass (60-65) 10 1 / gra, c,. softening temperature 420-10 ° C. The glass forms a glassy coating with good adhesion to the nickel conductor. 2 tabLo aso eel soo
