Abstract

The invention relates to a technique for the automated accounting of finished products and can be used in the food industry for counting boxers with bottles. The device is highly reliable and allows counting cases with protrusions on the upper plane. The invention relates to the design of devices for counting items and can be used in the food industry for counting boxes with bottles moved by conveyors.

The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy and reliability of the device and expand its area of application by counting objects with protrusions on the upper plane.

The device for counting objects is made up of, at least, one support bracket 1, axis 2, installed in support bracket 1, rotary bushings 3, placed on axis 2, restrictive washers 4, fixed on axis 2 on both sides of bushings 3, at least measure one second 5 and one first 6 probes, mounted on the sleeves 3 and the limiting bar 7, mounted on the bracket 1 parallel to the axis 2 and located on the probes 5 and 6.
