Abstract
FIELD: feed production. Description
The invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to methods for preparing feeds from protein raw materials, for example, from waste of dyed wool fabrics.
The aim of the invention is to increase the digestibility of the feed and cHVCKeHHe of its toxicity.
The method is carried out as follows.
Waste of dyed wool fabrics, remaining during the cutting of fabrics, is crushed using straw mills to a size of 2-3 cm and then treated with an 8% solution of sodium bisulfite acidified to pH 2. The process is carried out at 70 ° C for 3 hours. pressed in a screw press and fed to the decanter. Moving it in a spiral from the bottom up, the raw material is washed with water at 15 ° C supplied from top to bottom. Then, the purified raw material is fed to a hydrolyzer, in which thermo catalytic hydrolysis is carried out with an acid (10–12% hydrochloric or 5% orthophosphoric acid), and then neutralized with lime.
The liquid hydrolyzate, after separating it from the precipitated dicalcium phosphate, was added as a bond tiero component to the floor) oral compound feed before granulation in an amount of 10% based on the dry residue.
For feeding the obtained product, 3 experimental groups of t-broiler chickens were formed, each with 20 heads per caldea age 29-56 days and 2 control groups — the first control group received a complete feed containing additional

тельно 10% рыбной муки, а 2- контрольна не получала добавок животного происхождени .only 10% of fishmeal, and 2- control did not receive additives of animal origin.
The results of the experiments, confirming the increase in feed intake, are presented in the table.
The resulting feed in briquettes was also fed to gobies. The average daily gain in the experimental group, including 20 goals, for 20 days of the experiment was 1180 g, while in the control group that did not receive this feed, the average daily weight gain of bulls was 815 grams.
A study of the state of the internal organs by visual inspection after the slaughter of poultry and gobies showed a complete absence of toxemia in livestock in all groups.
The proposed method allows you to remove organic dyes, which are, completely convert hexavalent chromium in toxic form to Trivalent, which significantly reduces the toxicity of the feed.
