Abstract

Изобретение относитс к устройствам дл удалени пыли со шлифовальной шкурки и может быть использовано на ленточно-шлифовальных станках при деревообработке. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение эффективности работы пыпеприемника путем снижени зар да статического электричества на поверхности шлифовальной шкурки. В процессе обработки пыль, наход ща с на шлифовальной шкурке 3, перемещаетс вместе с ней и попадает в зону действи пыпеприемника - на ребра приемной воронки 1. Ребра, установленные под углом к вертикальной плоскости , проход щей через ось приводного шкива 4, обеспечивают полное перекрытие ими шлифовальной шкурки по всей ее ширине и достаточную эффективность стекани зар дов с нее через заземленную воронку 1, ч.то в свою очередь предотвращает преждевременное забивание шкурки и повышает эффективность работы пылеприемника. 3 ил. с S (Л со 4:; Ю СО со ГО U3.fThe invention relates to a device for removing dust from a sanding pelt and can be used on belt grinders for woodworking.
