Abstract
1The invention relates to electric welding, in particular, to welding of clav - DIMS with an electrode in a protective atmosphere environment, and can be used in various branches of the national economy in semi-automatic welding. The purpose of the invention is to improve the field of view by reducing the dimensions of the burner. Making the insulating sleeve 2 with the swirler of the aerosol flow in the form of through holes in it makes it possible to eliminate the swirler from the outer nozzle 5 and the annular channel between nozzles 4 and 5 and reduce the diameter of the burner. During the welding process, the field of view is limited by the surfaces of the parts or workpiece to be welded and the surface of the cone, the apex of which coincides with the point where the welding arc burns and which forms passes through the outer edge of the torch face. A reduction in the diameter of the end face of the torch leads to a decrease in the angle at the tip of the cone, an increase in the space between the said conical surface and the surfaces of the parts to be welded, and consequently, an improvement in the field of view. 3 il. Description
The invention relates to electric welding, in particular, to welding with a melting electrode in a protective gas environment, and can be used in various sectors of the national economy in semi-automatic welding.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the field of view by reducing the dimensions of the burner.

The burner contains a tubular channel 1, an insulating sleeve 2 installed on it, a mouthpiece 3 attached to the end of the tubular channel I, a nozzle 4 mounted on an insulating sleeve

3 has holes for supplying protective gas to the welding zone through a channel formed by the outer surface of the sleeve 3 and the inner surface of the nozzle A for supplying the protective gas. Screw grooves are made on the inner surface of the nozzle 4 to tighten the flow of shielding gas. Concentric to the inner nozzle 4, an aspiration nozzle 5 is installed for sucking aerosol from the weld zone. The inner surface of the nozzle 5 forms
В изол ционной втулке 2 выполнен завихритель в виде сквозных отверстий, расположенных в части втулки с наибольщим диаметром, продольные оси которых наклонены относительно оси горелки на угол, определ емый по формулеwith the outer surface of the nozzle 4 is an annular channel for an extra aerosol during the welding process. In the insulating sleeve 2, there is a swirler in the form of through holes located in the part of the sleeve with the largest diameter, the longitudinal axes of which are inclined relative to the axis of the burner by an angle determined by the formula

4.The direction of inclination of these holes provides the twisting of the flow of the aerosol in the direction opposite to the twisting of the flow of protective gas, since the direction of inclination of the holes of the swirler is opposite to the direction of twisting of the screw grooves of the nozzle 4.

The burner works as follows.
During the welding process, channel 1 is supplied with an electrode wire, an electric current passes through it, a protective gas is supplied, which through the hole
Закручивание потока обеспечиваетс как в кольцевом канале между соплами 4 и 5, так и в зоне дуги вокруг потока защитного газа .The mouthpiece 3 enters the nozzle 4, is twisted by the screw grooves of the latter and is led to the welding zone. At the same time, through the annular channel formed by the nozzles 4 and 5 by means of a pull rod (for example, a vacuum pump), the aerosol formed during welding is sucked. This flow is twisted by a swirl of the sleeve 2. The flow is twisted both in the annular channel between the nozzles 4 and 5, and in the arc zone around the flow of protective gas.
Уменьшение диаметра торца горелки приводит к уменьшению угла при вершине конуса, увеличению пространства между конической поверхностью и поверхност ми свариваемых деталей или издели и, следоватЕшьно, к улучшению зоны обзора .Making the insulating sleeve 2 with the swirler of the aerosol flow in the form of through holes in it makes it possible to eliminate the swirler from the outer nozzle 5 and the annular channel between nozzles 4 and 5 and reduce the diameter of the proposed burner compared to the known (all other things being equal). During the welding process, the field of view is limited by the surfaces: 11X parts or products and the surface of the cone, the top of which coincides with the point where the welding arc burns and which forms passes through the outer edge of the torch face. Reducing the diameter of the end face of the burner reduces the angle at the tip of the cone, increases the space between the conical surface and the surfaces of the parts or products to be welded and, consequently, improves the field of view.
The effect of using the proposed burner is to improve the viewing area.
