The aim of the invention is to increase the cariesprophylactic and anti-parodontotic properties due to the additional introduction of carbo-stimulin into the toothpaste composition.

Carbostimulin - a complex of macro- and microelements: NaHCO, MgSO, MnSO, ZnSO, sodium citrate, a drug that is aimed at normalizing the general state of CO2 and NSA and the restoration of blood buffer bases, has a cariesprophylactic and anti-parodontotic effect.

Carbostimulin introduced in a concentration of 0.5-2.0%. The content of this drug is less than 0.5% in the toothpaste composition is not enough for its biological effect, an increase in its content of more than 2% does not give the paste an additional therapeutic and prophylactic effect.

Chalk in the paste is included at the rate of 30-45%, sodium carboxymethylcellulose lulose 1-2%.

Toothpaste is prepared as follows.

A water-glycerol solution of carboxymethylcellulose is prepared. Glycerin is loaded into the boiler equipped with a root stirrer and carboxymethylcellulose is gradually introduced with the stirrer in operation. Stirring is continued for 3 hours until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Then, a water-glycerol solution of carboxymethylcellulose is pumped to the kneader, and while the machine is running, chalk, perfume oil, saccharin, antiseptic, sodium lauryl sulfate and Carbostimulin are gradually added. With subsequent stirring, the remaining amount of abrasive filler and perfume is introduced for 20 minutes, then the stirrer is turned off and the toothpaste is fed to a colloid mill for plastic processing.
