Abstract
30 The invention relates to heat transmitting devices. The purpose of the invention is to intensify heat transfer. The capillary structure (CS) of the heat pipe 1 contains a sheet 2 with grooves (k) 3 and 4 on both sides, forming open and closed channels. K 3 and 4 on each side of sheet 2 are made intersecting a depth of more than half the thickness of sheet 2 with the formation between K 3 and 4 on one side of sheet 2, and on the other - flat sections 5. At the intersection of K 3 and 4, made on different through the sides of the sheet 2, through windows 6 are formed. When the heat flux is supplied to the wall of the pipe 1, vaporization starts in the CS. The resulting steam enters the closed channels adjacent to the wall of the pipe 1 through the windows 6 and the outer surface of the CS. In the condensation zone, steam from the vapor space of pipe 1 falls on the developed one: the surface of the CS, where it condenses. The droplets of the resulting liquid are sucked off by the open and closed QS channels. 5 il. ((P with 4 TAL. 30

6.The capillary structure of the heat pipe 1 contains a sheet 2 with grooves 3 and 4 on both sides forming open and closed channels. The grooves 20. 3 and 4 on each side of the sheet 2 are made by intersecting a depth of more than half the thickness of the sheet 2 with the formation between the grooves 3 and 4 on one side of the sheet 2, on the other - flat-25 cu 5 sections 5, and at the intersections of the grooves 3 and 4, made on different sides, - through windows 6.
The capillary structure of the heat pipe works as follows.
In the evaporation zone (Figures 2, 4 and 5), when heat flow is supplied to the wall of the heat pipe 1, vaporization begins in the capillary structure, the resulting steam leaves through the closed channels adjacent to the wall of the heat pipe 1, through the windows 6, and also due to the developed outer surface
