The invention relates to light industry, in particular to devices for the wet-heat treatment of niBefiHpjix and knitwear, in particular to upper cushions of an ironing press.
The aim of the invention is to improve the ironing quality of the ironing pad.
4,Fig. 1 shows the proposed top ironing cushion, general view; FIG. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. 1; FIG. 3 shows a heating tape; Fig. 4 shows the arrangements for the heating tape; FIG. 5 is a view along arrow B in FIG. A; FIG. 6 is a view along arrow B of FIG. 4; Fig, 7 is a view along arrow G in Fig, 4,
The top pad of the ironing press consists of an ironing plate 1 having a working 2 and a non-working 3 surface. The non-working electrically insulated surface 3 is attached, for example, with heat-resistant glue to the edges of the heating tape 4 laid on the surface of the plate with the formation of several rows. The tape is a multi-layered fabric in which the main insulating yarns 5, made, for example, of high-temperature resistant glass fibers of the brand KM-11, are interwoven with weft insulating threads 6 (Fig. 3). Between the second and third layers of fabric are placed along the tape, parallel to each other, the conductor of the aural thread 7, for example, from nichrome wire with a diameter of 0.1-0.5 mm. The tape, when going from one row to another, forms vertically standing folds (Figs. 5-7). The tape 4 adjoins the entire non-working surface 3 of the plate 1 by the working side 8 (separated from the conductive filaments 7 by two layers of fabric), which it is achieved by its three fold bending during turns (versions a, b, c, d, d in fig, 3.4). The non-working side 9 of the heating tape 4 is in contact with the thermal insulation 10 placed in the internal volume of the pillow covered by the casing II. The operating voltage is supplied to the heating tape through the terminal blocks 12. The upper pad of the ironing press works as follows
With the passage of electric current through the terminals 12 through the conductive yarn m 7 heating tape 4 under the action of high temperature

There is a condition of the main insulation yarns 5 (approximately 1% for every 100 ° C of heating); their angle of inclination to the plane of the tape changes. Due to shrinkage, the thickness and width of the heating tape 4 are somewhat reduced, as a result of which its active part is located between the attached edges, the working side 8 is pressed tightly against the non-working surface of the plate 1, ensuring a decrease in thermal resistance between the conductive threads 7 and

In the open position of the ironing press, the cushion is relatively fast.
1Heats up to the working temperature due to the transfer of heat generated by the conductive threads 7 to the ironing board 1. Q The choice of the parameters of the tape 4 (diameter and number of conductive filaments 7, the way they are grouped into sections) is made in accordance with the required power determined by the specified heating time and operating temperature, the supply voltage and the total length of the tape segment, calculated from its width and Feel the ironing plate 1. I ,(- the steam enters the semifinished product being processed, while the upper cushion provides the required thermal conditions in the pressing zone. In the case of wetting the semifinished product with water, the latter heats up and turns into steam due to heat, stored with plate I,
Maintaining the operating temperature is provided by conventional means, for example, a thermostat.
The use of the upper ironing cushion of the proposed design on the press ensures the high quality of the wet-heat operations.

By reducing the number of electrical connections of the heating element and the lower temperature of the conductive filaments, the reliability of the cushion is increased.
