Изобретение относитс к непрерывной разливке металлов. Целью изобретени вл етс улучшение качества заготовок и увеличение дапазона регулировани интенсивности охлаждени . Устройство содержит сварной корпус с полост ми дл воды и воздуха, образованными перегородкой, расположенной вдоль его продольной оси. В перегородке выполнены каналы, соедин ющие полости с водой и воздухом с форсунками . Перемешивание воды и воздуха осуществл етс в патрубках, а полученна водовоздушна смесь через форсунки подаетс на поверхность заготовки . 3 ил.The invention relates to continuous casting of metals. Устройство состоит из сварного корпуса 1 с подводами воды 2 и воздуха 3, выполненного из стального листа , разделенного вдоль продольной оси перегородкой 4 на две полости 5 и 6.. В перегородке выполнены взаимно перпендикул рные каналы 7 и 8 дл распределени и подачи воды и воздуха в патрубки 9. Патрубки 9 могут быть приварены к корпусу 1. На концах патрубков с помощью резьбы креп тс форсунки 10 дл подачи водо- воздушной смеси на поверхность непрерывно-литой заготовки.
