Изобретение относитс к медицине . Больных подвергают воздействию при давлении 746-698 гПа ежедневно в течение 30 - 60 ьшн, на курс 10 - 15 процедур. Изобретение позвол ет достичь полной и значительной норма- лизации сна у 87% больных.This invention relates to medicine. : При объективном обследовании: АД 110/60, со стороны внутренних органов патологии не вы влено. В невро- 15 м нитроглицерина приводит к нормалогическом статусе: эмоционально в л гипергидроз конечностей, выраженный красный дермографизм, оживлены нижнечелюстные рефлексы, сухожильные и периостальные рефлексы равномерные, брюшные - чуть снижены. На ЭКГ - ритм синусовый, 68 ударов в 1 мин, гипертрофи левого желудочка. На РЭГ - повьшюние тонуса церебральных сосудов с влени ми затруднени венозного оттока в вертебрально-бази- л рном бассейне. С целью нормализации сна больна прошла курс лечени : 15 процедур гипобарического воздействи при 746,6 гПа ежедневно. Перва процедура в течение 30 мин, а кажда после- дующа на 10 мин длиннее предыдущей, но не более 60 мин. Уже после первой процедуры больна отметила улучшение сна: сократилось врем засыпани , сон стал более глубоким. После окончани курса лечени исчезла раздражительность , улучшилось настроение, нормализовалс сон.. В неврологическом статусе вы вились нерезко выраженные рефлексы орального автоматизма .
