Abstract
FIELD: plastic metal working. SUBSTANCE: when shafts 2 and 3 are rotated owing to ring-shaped springs 15, flexible knives 5 take a position at which the contact between the knives is exercised in one point. After knives 5 and 6 become blunt, the recovery of the point contact is fulfilled withoit removing the knives from the shafts. It is achieved by the offset of shaft 2 in the axial direction towards increasing the gap between the knives. In this case the range of angles is ensured between the lateral edges of knives 5 and 6 and over the period of the revolution of shafts 2 and 3. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of the gang saw shears at the expense of reducing the time for the adjustment. 1 cl, 5 dwg
