The damaged artery is injected and the non-viable part of it is excised. On the healthy limb, a large saphenous vein is dissected in the thigh area. At the upper edge of the artery, a vein cuff is put on in the form of a sheath and as much as possible away from the edge of the artery. The vein graft is reversed and stitched into the artery defect. After the restoration of blood flow and the appearance of pulsation of the graft from the upper edge of the artery, the previously placed vein cuff is lowered as a sheath and the entire graft and its anastomoses are crushed. The intrinsic vein eliminates the possibility of graft rejection. W with with with with with

The invention relates to medicine, namely to vascular surgery, and can be used in repairing damage to the main arteries under conditions of an infected wound.
The chain of the invention is to protect the graft from infection by creating an artificial cuff bed around the graft.
The method is carried out as follows.
Under general anesthesia, a surgical treatment and careful toilet are performed with antiseptic solutions of the femoral region (in particular, in the case of a gunshot infected hip injury with damage to the common femoral artery). The damaged artery is isolated to its unchanged areas within healthy tissues. Its non-viable section is excised (approximately 3-5 cm for the common femoral artery). The ends of the artery are limited to a sterile operating material,
In the healthy, unaffected limb, a large saphenous vein is dissected from the site of its inflow into the femoral vein. The total length of the isolated autowaves is composed of, the length required to replace the defect in the artery (autograft), and the length of the artificial cuff bed. The length of the autovenous cuff is selected so that it exceeds the graft length by approximately 3-4 cm (for the common femoral artery). Given these dimensions, the large saphenous vein is divided into two segments: a graft and a cuff. Hydraulic preparation of both segments, as well as dressing of collaterals. The width of the cuff should exceed

Рану уши вают и дренируют обычными, распространенными методами.,walking the graft width by 2-3 mm so that later, tightly grasping the graft, it does not narrow the lumen of the graft and artery. On the top of the prepared edge of the artery put on. in the form of a vein-cuff cover and as much as possible away from the edge of the artery. The vein graft is reversed and the last anastomosis is sewn end to end with a 6/0 needle into an artery defect (autotransplantation). After the restoration of blood flow and the appearance of pulsation of the graft from the upper arterial edge, the vein-cuff is put on like a cover, the entire graft and its anastomoses are completely covered. The ends of the cuff are fixed to areas of healthy arteries with single interrupted sutures with an param- emic needle 6/0. The wound is wounded and drained by conventional, common methods.,
The created bed for a long time protects the graft and its anastomoses from infected tissues, the own vein eliminates the possibility of rejection. The elasticity of the frame and its mobility do not interfere with blood flow. The risk of double wall arrosia (the graft and its bed) is significantly reduced, as is the possibility of suppuration of the anastomoses.
