Description

(190-200).In the production of cellular rubber products, para-methylurethane benzene sulfohydrazide (CHPP-5 vaporizer) is widely used. However, this blowing agent is deficient. It is possible to irimencia as the azobicarbonamide ion forming agent. Due to the availability and cheapness of starting materials, incombustibility and nontoxicity of decomposition products, azodicarbonamide is a very promising gas-forming substance, however its use as a blowing agent is limited due to the relatively high decomposition temperature (190-200).

Эти добавки снижают температуру распада азодикарбонамида и расшир ют область его примеиени  в качестве порообразовател .In the proposed method, in order to reduce the decomposition temperature of azodicarbonamide used as a pore-forming agent in the production of cellular rubber, additives of biaxially juicy acids, for example oxalic, succinic, adpinic, etc., or dinitrosopeititemethylenetetramine are introduced into the mixture of 1 t. These additives reduce the decomposition temperature of azodicarbonamide and expand its range of application as a pore-forming agent.

A mixture of azodicarbonamide and dinitrosoxymethylenetetramine (in a ratio of 1: 1 and by weight) dissolves at 1 amp 9 isolated about 190 ml of gas per 1 g of the mixture in 30 minutes. Temperature reductions can also be achieved in different dosages of dinitrosopeitamethylenetetramine. The optimum ratio is selected depending on the desired decay temperature.

The advantage of the proposed removal method is that diptrozopentamethylenetetramine is a known gas blowing agent. The incombustibility and flame retarding properties of azodicarbonamide reduce the inflammability of dinitrosopentamethylenetetra gin in their mixture.

To obtain a microporous sole of other products made of cellular rubber, it is convenient to apply this mixture in the form of a paste on petroleum jelly or mineral oil, which eliminates the sensitivity of the mixture to impact and friction associated with the presence of diitrosopentamethylethermine.

No. 132805 2 Powdered blowing agents or pastes are introduced into the formulation of cellular rubbers using conventional methods on rollers or in rubber mixers.

Subject invention

A method of obtaining cellular rubber using azodicarbonamide as a pore-forming agent, characterized in that dibasic organic acids, for example oxalic, adipic, succinic, or dinitro-pentamethylenetetramine, are introduced into the rubber mixture in order to decrease the decomposition temperature of the blowing agent.
