Abstract
Изобретение относитс к испытанию электрических машин. Цель изобретени - упрощение способа определени добавочных потерь при нагрузке трёхфазного асинхронного двигател . Обмотка статора испытуемого двигател подключаетс к источнику трехфазного тока. Способ заключаетс в том,, что испытуемый двигатель разгон етс в обратном направлении пониженным напр жением с обратным чередова101ем фаз от источника тока при номина. ном токе в обмотке статора до частоты вращени вьше синхроннойj затем источник тока отключают и в процессе торможени подают тоже пониженное напр жение, но уже с пр мым чередованием фаз. В момент достижени ротором синхронной частоты вращени измер ют угловое ускорение вала двигател , по которому определ ют механическую мощность ротора. Име измеренные электрическую мощность, потребл емую обмоткой статора5 механические потери , основные потери в обмотке статора и добавочные потери основной частоты , вычисл ют известным способом нагрузочные добавочные потери. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the method for determining the additional losses under load of a three-phase asynchronous motor. The stator winding of the motor under test is connected to a three-phase current source. The method consists in that the motor under test is accelerated in the opposite direction by a reduced voltage with a reverse alternating phase from the current source at nominal. The current in the stator winding up to a rotational frequency higher than the synchronous j is then disconnected from the current source and in the process of deceleration a lower voltage is also supplied, but already with direct alternation of phases. When the rotor reaches the synchronous rotational speed, the angular acceleration of the motor shaft is measured, from which the mechanical power of the rotor is determined. Having measured the electrical power consumed by the stator winding, the mechanical losses, the main losses in the stator winding, and the additional losses of the fundamental frequency, the load additional losses are calculated in a known manner. Обмотка статора испытуемого асинхронного двигател подключена через коммутатор 2 к источнику 3 переменного трехфазного тока. Цепи подключени имеют измерительные трансформаторы напр жени 4 и два (в двух фазах) трансформатора тока 5. Измерительные трансформаторы 4 и 5 извест- ным способом подключены к измерительному преобразователю 6 мощности с измерителем 7, а трансформатор тока 5 - еще и к амперметру 8. Ротор испытуемого двигател 1 св зан с тахоге- нератором 9, который имеет выход на дифференциальный преобразователь 10 с измерителем 11 углового ускорени вала и на измеритель 12 частоты вращени машины, включенный через согласующий преобразователь l3.The stator winding of the test asynchronous motor is connected through switch 2 to the source 3 of alternating three-phase current.
