The invention relates to non-ferrous metallurgy and can be used in the production of zinc aluminate.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the cost of the process while maintaining the quality of the product.
Example 1. 200 g of zinc-containing dusting composition, wt.% Zn 70.0-75.0; Si 3.0-6.0; carbon is the rest, add 800 g of water and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. After that, sulfuric acid with a concentration of 94% in an amount of 900 g is added to the pulp. Dust leaching is carried out for 0.5 to 0 hours. After leaching, the insoluble carbon residue is filtered off. Waste aluminum kaoirirovannogo foil with a particle size of less than 2 cm in the amount of 250 g is added to the solution. At that, the ratio of aluminum in foil to zinc in solution is 1: 1.2. The mixture is stirred. When this occurs, the dissolution of aluminum and the deposition of copper from the solution.
Table 1 shows the results of zinc-containing treatment; Waste with aluminum foil waste at different temperatures and different times.
Processing aluminum waste at a Hirate temperature does not allow the removal of copper impurities, which affects the quality of the target product.
Далее из раствора солей цинка и алюмини осаждают смесь гидроксидов цинка и алюмини 20% раствором аммиака , осадок промывают, сушат и прокаливают при .Next, a mixture of zinc and aluminum hydroxides with a 20% ammonia solution is precipitated from a solution of zinc and aluminum salts, the precipitate is washed, dried and calcined at.
П р И м е р 2. 1 .EXAMPLE 2. Zinc aluminate is obtained from zinc-containing aluminum and containing mercury of the same composition as in Example 1.
1:3,5.1000 g of a 35% sodium hydroxide solution is poured into the reactor, 200 g of zinc dust are added and dissolved with stirring for 1.5 hours. After that, the pulp is filtered and the laminated aluminum foil is added to the sodium zinc solution. in the amount of 80 g. The ratio of aluminum to zinc is 1: 3.5.
The mixture is vigorously stirred at 20, 40,60,80,90 ° C for 10-120 mi
Table 2 shows the results of determining the residual copper content in the aluminate and zincate solution.

Sodium on time at different temperatures.
При температуре свьшзе раствор алюмината и цинката натри не содержит при-1еси меди через 60 ьшн после начала обработки отходами алюмини .At the temperature of the solution, the solution of sodium aluminate and sodium zincate does not contain copper at about 1 hour after 60 days after the start of treatment with aluminum waste.
Осадок отдел ют от маточного раствора, промывают , сушат и прокаливают при .After completion of the process, the pulp is filtered off and 4200 g of 10% sulfuric acid solution is added to the filtrate. At the same time, zinc and aluminum hydroxides precipitate out. The precipitate is separated from the mother liquor, washed, dried and calcined at.
Example 3. To obtain zinc aluminate, zinc-containing dust lugs are used, having a composition, in percent by weight, calculated on a metal basis:

1.200 g of dust plugs are loaded into the reactor, 800 ml of water are added and stirred. Thereafter, 94% of the acid is added to the lulpa in an amount of 225 g. After the impregnation, the solution is separated from the undissolved lead sulfate. The solution is treated with aluminum laminated foil in an amount of 85 g at. The ratio of aluminum in foil to zinc in a solution of 1: 1.2. Next, from the solution get zinc aluminate in example 1.
9,09%.With a ratio of metallic aluminum in the foil to zinc in a solution of 1.1: 5.5, zinc aluminate does not meet the technical conditions for the permissible content of kiglotresoluble substances, since the content of the latter in zinc aluminate is 8.23 and 9.09, respectively. %
0,81-1 ,23%.The optimum ratio of aluminum foil to zinc in a solution is 1.2: 5.0. The content of substances in zinc aluminate, soluble in zinc aluminate 0.81-1, 23%.
Данный способ получени алюминату цинка обеспечивает по сравнению с известными способами удешевление спо-.This method of producing zinc aluminate provides in comparison with the known methods the cheapening of the method.
