Description
The invention relates to a measuring technique and can be used in engineering and construction work for conducting metering measurements.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy and performance of the range measurements by eliminating errors due to optical inhomogeneity and fluctuations of the atmosphere, as well as by eliminating the remote control of the leading marks.
The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the flap.
13.The fixture contains a laser 1, which is tunable in frequency, a beam splitter 2 designed to divide the radiation into measuring 3 and reference 4 beams, leading 5 and supporting 6 marks, a differential recording unit 7 and an actuator 8, to the outputs of which are connected reference Map 6 and indicator 9. Each of grades 5 and 6 contains an input cylindrical lens 10 reflecting an interference filter 11, a mirror 12 located along the beam directly behind the filter 11 so that their working surfaces are parallel to , and the output cylindrical lens 13.
The fixer works as follows.
11. The radiation from laser 1 is divided by a beam splitter 2 into measuring 3 and reference 4 Beams. The measuring beam 3 passes through the leading marks 5, which are located on the object (not shown) at the points where it is necessary to measure the deformations. The reference beam 4 passes through the reference marks 6, which, according to the optical characteristics, each have their own analog among the leading marks 5. This allows filtering (delaying) the radiation along the reference channel at the same frequencies as the leading channel. When the beam hits the input cylindrical lens 10, it deflects and falls at an angle to the interference filter 11, which acts on reflection. Depending on the coordinate of the point of incidence of the beam on the lens 10, the angle at which the beam falls on the filter 11 varies.

As the angle of incidence of the beam on the filter 11 increases, the intensity of the propagating radiation increases, and, conversely, as the angle of incidence of the beam on the filter 11 decreases, the intensity of the transmitted radiation decreases. When the control alignment mark 5 is shifted, a differential signal appears at the output of the differential recording unit 7. This signal is applied to the actuator 8, which biases the corresponding reference mark 6 until the intensities of the measuring 3 and the reference 4 rays at the output of the device 7 are equal. At the same time, indicator 9 shows the offset value of this target point. The presence of non-overlapping suppression bands in the leading and reference marks makes it possible, by changing the frequency of the laser radiation, to carry out an alternate survey of the controlled points. The change in laser frequency can be done remotely or automatically.
В створофиксаторе марки 5 и 6 не экранируют друг друга, поэтому створные марки 5 стационарно закреплены на объекте и не требуют управлени .Markers 5 and 6 do not shield each other in the shutter, therefore, the leading marks 5 are permanently fixed on the object and do not require control.
