,The invention relates to the textile industry and can be used in the production of materials for the packaging, transportation and storage of products of various sub-sectors of the national economy, in particular textile, rubber products of agricultural enterprises and others. ,
The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of the yarn and reduce its cost.
91-93%.The strand is made from 10-50% by weight of conditioned crimped chemical fibers and 50-90% by weight of recovered non-developed chemical fibers, the length of which is 1.0-1.8 the length of conditioned fibers and equal to 45-65 mm. Conddy twisted fibers are polyester, polyamide, polyacrylonitrile artificial fibers or their mixtures, and the recovered fibers are obtained from waste polyester, polyamide, polyolefin fibers or their mixtures by cutting them and have a strength that exceeds 1.6 times the strength of conditioned chemicals fibers. The process of restoring the unmanaged chemical fibers is less complicated and time consuming, with the yield of the final product reaching 91-93%.
1It is impossible to produce yarn completely from recovered unwavy fibers without additional bonding agents, since these fibers do not have crimps and there is no friction and adhesion between them, ensuring the process of pr. 1
Поэтому дл формировани пр жи вводитс 10-50 мас.% кондиционных извитых штапельных волокон.deni Therefore, 10-50% by weight of conditioned twisted staple fibers are introduced to form the yarn.
When the content of recovered fibers in the same is less than 50 wt.%, Condi- tional more than 50 wt.%, The cutting length of the renewed fibers is less than 1.0 from the cutting length of conditioned fibers and the yarn twisting factor, less than 37, the strength decreases. yi This is due to the fact that the decrease in the twist factor

Одновременно увеличение доли кондиционных волокон в пр же приводит к увеличению ее себестоимости.causes a weakening of the adhesion forces between the fibers in the yarn and the destruction of the latter under low loads. In addition, when the length of the cutting of recovered fibers is less than the length of cutting of conditioned fibers, the average fiber length of the mixture decreases, and consequently, the length of contact between non-curled and crimped fibers, which leads to an additional decrease in yarn strength, decreases. At the same time, an increase in the share of conditioned fibers in the same way leads to an increase in its cost.
In the case when the content of recovered fibers in the same more than 90, conditioned less than 10 wt.%, The cutting length of the recovered fibers exceeds the cutting length of the conditioned fibers by more than 1.8 times, the twist factor of the yarn is more than 53, the process of yarn production under production conditions practically impossible. This is due to the lack of friction and bonding forces between the unwrapped recovered fibers, which, after the process of carding during the formation of the tape, slip against each other under the influence of forces: pulling, which causes greater breakage and unevenness of the tape and yarn.
е. In addition, when the cutting length of the recovered fibers in the same length exceeds by more than 1.8 times the cutting length of conditioned fibers, although the average fiber length of the mixture increases, the coefficient of variation along the length of the mixed fibers also increases, causing uneven distribution of fibers in Also, leading to breakage, i.e. strength reduction.
An increase in the twist factor above 53 leads to an overvoltage of the reconstructed, unwrapped fibers, a breakage and loss of yarn strength.
Examples of specific performance of yarn and its physico-mechanical and economic characteristics are given in the table.
