Abstract
Предлагаемый пьезоэлектрический керамический материал обладает следугощи- ми характеристиками: плотность 6,37 - 6,48 г/см , диэлектрическа проницаемость 116-135, диэлектрические потери 0,0034-0,0075, пьезомодуль d,, This invention relates to piezo-ceramic materials with a high Curie temperature. It can be used in piezotechnique to manufacture piezoelectric elements in vibration transducers that are stable over a wide temperature range. The aim of the invention is to lower the synthesis temperature by 80 ° C, sinter by 60-80 ° C and increase the Curie temperature. To do this, the basic composition is additionally introduced previously synthesized in the amount of 3.86-5.60 wt.% - and chromium oxide in the amount of 0.2-0.3 wt.%. The proposed piezoelectric ceramic material has the following characteristics: density 6.37 - 6.48 g / cm, dielectric constant 116-135, dielectric loss 0.0034-0.0075, piezomodul d,
