Abstract
Изобретение относитс к техно- логии электросинтеза неорганических соединений, а именно к получению закиси меди, используемой при изготовлении красок, гальванических элементов ,вьтр мителей,па льных паст.Цель изобретени - повьппение производительности процесса, чистоты продукта и уменьшение энергозатрат. Электролиз водного раствора хлорида кальци провод т при анодной плотности тока 4,5 кА/м и температуре 70 С-с использованием медных анодов и катодов из нержавеющей стали. Осадок закиси меди подвергаетс фильтрованию , про№)1вке и анализу на содержание окиси меди. Повьшение производительности процесса, чистоты продукта , а также снижение напр жени и повышение выхода по току наблюдаетс при концентрации хлорида кальци 300-450 г/л и анодной плотности то- , ка 5-8 кА/м. 1 табл.
