Description

The present invention relates to methods for manufacturing inductors with a toroidal core of pressed and baked ferrite mass. The proposed method differs from the known ones in that a coop of copper wire is wound onto a cylindrical mandrel in glass insulation that does not melt at the firing temperature of the ferrite and is melted. Tie from the mandrel is pressed into the ferrite mass and subjected to high-temperature firing.

This method simplifies the manufacturing technology of the rollers.

In the manufacture of coils according to the proposed method, the required number of turns of the winding consisting of copper wire in glass insulation is wound on a cylindrical mandrel. Solid glass insulation is applied to the copper conductor in the usual way by drawing out a glass tube with a copper core placed inside it, heated in the field of the high frequency inductor. Removing the coil from the mandrel, consisting of the required number of turns, is placed in a mold, in which a certain dose of ferrite powder is poured, and is pressed at the required pressure.

In order to impart the required magnetic properties to the core, the press coil is placed in a furnace for high-temperature firing. To ensure the required quality of the products, the melting point of the glass, which serves as the insulation of the copper wire, must be lower than the maximum temperature of the ferrite.

Subject invention

A method of manufacturing inductors with a toroidal core of pressed and baked ferrite mass, different from 130991-2, and with the fact that, in order to simplify the manufacturing technology, a coil of copper wire is wound on a cylindrical mandrel in glass insulation, the melting point is the firing temperature of the ferrite, and after removing the coil from the mandrel, the coil is pressed into the ferrite mass and subjected to high-temperature calcination.
