Abstract
2 табл. i (Л со о 00 О) 4 vlThe invention relates to the chemical treatment of metal products, in particular, to the composition of a protective additive in emulsion etching of metal plates from microzinc, can be used in the printing industry. The goal of the invention is to improve the quality of printing forms. Printing plates from microzinc were etched in a solution containing nitric acid and a protective additive containing, in wt%, sulphonated castor oil with 3.5–4.5 wt.% Organically bound SOg 17.0–21.0; sodium or ammonium salts of petroleum sulfonic acids with mol. mae. 470-560 2.6-4.5; synthetic fatty acids (FFA) fr. 2.5-4.5; vaseline oil 3.0-10.00; oleic acid 2.5-4.5; OP-10 0.8-2.4; sodium alkene sulfates based on alcohols from cottonseed oil acids or oleyl alcohol 2.5-4.6; butyl cellosolve 6.0-12.0 and diethylbenzene the rest. The invention relates to the chemical treatment of metal products, in particular, to the composition of a protective additive in the emulsion etching of metal printed forms from microzinc, 5 and can be used in the printing industry.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of printing plates.
The preparation of the proposed composition is produced by mixing in a stainless steel apparatus equipped with a steam jacket, an agitator, a vapor suction system, and instrumentation.
In the process of mixing components, you must follow the sequence when they are loaded.

Поэтому состав препарата устанавливаетс с использованием метода математического планировани эксперимента и должен соблюдатьс в установленных пределах.m of the printing industry: there is no subtraction on the first plate, the angle of inclination of the side faces of the printing elements is 50-60, the surface of the side edge is fine-grained, whitespace elements are clean. An increase or decrease in the number of components (examples 4 and 5) above or below the established limits leads to the appearance of defects on the printing plates. Therefore, the composition of the drug is determined using the method of mathematical planning of the experiment and must be respected within established limits.
In tab. 2 shows the dependence of the number of proposed additives in the pickling solution on the number of printing plates.
