Abstract
6. The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity by maximizing the use of working volume and quality by providing the possibility of debarking branches. The waste is fed into a closed cylindrical volume 2 and in this volume a centrifugal air flow is created, for example by a rotor 3, the 4 branches repeatedly collide with the baffle 5, the rotor and the walls of a closed volume, lose greens and bark, which are ejected from the closed volume 2 through the perforated wall 6. Description
Изобретение относитс к способам обработки технологического сырь из лесосечных отходов, дальнейшей переработки дл получени технической зелени и сырь дл целлюлозно-бумажной промышленности и пиролизного производства и может быть использовано на предпри ти х лесной промышленности .The invention relates to methods for processing technological raw materials from logging waste, further processing to produce technical greens and raw materials for the pulp and paper industry and pyrolysis production and can be used in forest industry enterprises.
The aim of the invention is to increase productivity and quality by allowing for debarking of the branches.
The drawing shows a diagram of the implementation of the method option.
The proposed method is carried out as follows.
Crushed logging waste is fed through the hatch 1 into a closed cylindrical volume 2. In this volume, for example, the rotor 3 rotates at a high frequency, creating a centrifugal airflow. The branches 4 captured by the air flow collide with

8.This cylindrical volume, the longitudinal axis of which is inclined to the horizon, is removed through the hatch 7. Greens and bark are removed from the closed volume through the nozzles 8.
The use of the proposed method provides a better performance by maximizing the use of the working volume with simultaneous high-quality waste treatment by ensuring the debarking of the branches.
