Abstract
2The invention relates to a conveyor transport and improves the reliability of the conveyor. Inside the housing (K) 1 of the conveyor a screw 2 is placed. Its blades are made with pointed teeth 6. Spring-loaded fingers 5 are mounted on the non-working side of the blades. The free end of the fingers 5 can move as far as possible to K 1. The fingers 5 are directed in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation auger 2. The soil entering the auger 2 is entrained by a blade and moves along K1. The pressed crust is formed in the result of which it is partially destroyed by the teeth 6. Fingers 5 cut the crust through to form small cylinders. They are addicted to the total mass, breakage from the K 1 surface. Thanks to the pointed teeth of the m 6 blades, the resistance of the auger 2 rotation decreases sharply, since the soil does not mink, but cuts. 3 il. e wIZA sL. to CO 00 SP FIG. 2
Description
The invention relates to transportation and is used to transport hard flowing materials, such as soil.
The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of the conveyor.
2.FIG. 1 shows the proposed screw conveyor, general view; in fig. 2 is a view A of FIG. one; in fig. 3 is a section BB in FIG. 2
2.The screw conveyor for transporting the soil consists of a cylindrical body 1 in which screw 2 with shaft 3 and spiral blades 4 is placed. On the non-working side of the blades of screw 2, spring-loaded fingers 5 are fixed. Blades 4 are provided with pointed teeth 6 in outer diameter 6. Spring-loaded fingers 5 are fixed on the blade x 4 and arranged to move the free end of fingers 5 all the way into the housing 1. Spring-loaded fingers 5 are directed in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation of the screw 2.
Screw conveyor works as follows.
The soil entering the auger 2 is entrained by the spiral blade 4 and moves along the housing 1. The pressed crust formed is partially broken down by the pointed teeth b, and the spring-loaded fingers 5 cut the crust through, forming cylinders of low height that carry the total weight, detach from the surface of the housing 1 Due to the fact that the edges a of the teeth 6 are sharp, the resistance is sharply reduced.
The rotation of the auger 2, since the soil is not minked, but cut.
The invention allows to increase technological reliability, i.e., to avoid pressing the soil and more intensively crush it, as well as operational reliability, since it eliminates jamming of the auger, which took place when a pressed cylinder was formed from the soil with a wall thickness equal to the gap between the body and the blade mi auger. Destruction of the crust, more intensive grinding of the soil, the presence of the edges of the teeth pointed from the side of the penetration into the soil drastically reduce the energy consumption and the level of noise generated when a hard crust appears as a result of friction between it and the cylindrical edges of the screw.
The use of the proposed conveyor will reduce the energy consumption by half and reduce the noise level to a value that meets sanitary standards.
