Abstract
To shorten the treatment time, the patient is placed in a pressure chamber and gradually the pressure of oxygen is raised to 1-1.2 atm for 10-15 minutes, the exposure time is 30-45 minutes, after which the pressure is gradually reduced to normal. Duration of the procedure is 50-60 minutes.
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to narcology.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the time of treatment due to the effects of an organism subject to alcohol intoxication with oxygen under increased pressure.
The method is carried out as follows.
До и после процедуры определ ют концентрацию алкогол в крови газохроматографическим методом .After a clinical, psychological, laboratory examination of a patient, the patient is placed in a pressure chamber and gradually, within 10–15 min, the oxygen pressure in it increases to 1–1.2 atm. At these figures, the pressure is kept for 30-A5 min, after which it is gradually reduced to normal. The duration of the procedure is 50-60 minutes. Before and after the procedure, the concentration of alcohol in the blood is determined by gas chromatography.
Patient S. 48 years old Enrolled in treatment in the narcological department regarding stage II alcoholism. At the time of admission, the patient was diagnosed with a moderate degree of acute alcoholic absorption.
Концентраци алкогол в крови 3,44% (промилле ) .The objective status of the patient: the face and chest are brightly hyperemic, there is a strong smell of alcohol from the mouth. Wet skin, rapid breathing - 22 per minute. Muffled heart sounds. Blood pressure 95-65 mm Hg Pulse 98 per minute of weak filling and stress. Gait is shaky. In the pose of Roberga unstable. Coordination tests are performed with rough misses. Speech contact with the patient is difficult, speech is dizarthric. Blood alcohol concentration of 3.44% (ppm).
The patient, after washing the stomach, is placed in a pressure chamber. Within 10 minutes, the pressure of oxygen is increased to 1.0 MPa. At this value, the exposure lasts for 40 minutes, after which the pressure in the pressure chamber is reduced to atmospheric pressure (O atom) for 10 minutes and the chamber is depressurized.
сExamination of hyperbaric oxygenation after the procedure revealed normalization of the skin coloration. The disappearance of oddspi - respiratory rate of 14 per minute. Normalization of blood pressure 110/75 mm Hg

пульса - 78 в минуту удовлетворительных свойств.pulse - 78 per minute of satisfactory properties.
Gait is common. In the Romberg position is stable. In communication is adequate.
Clinically, any signs of alcohol withdrawal syndrome after the procedure and the next day does not detect.
3,68%.Example 2. Patient A. 32 years. He was admitted for treatment in the narcological department for treatment of stage II alcoholism. During admission, the patient had a state of acute alcohol exertion of the severe stage. Objective status: the skin is dramatically hyperemic. From the mouth a sharp smell of alcohol. Respiratory rate 28 per minute. Muffled heart sounds. Blood pressure 120/85 mm Hg Pulse 104 per minute, weak filling and stress. The tongue is lined with brown bloom. Coordination tests can not be performed. Speech dizarthrichna. Poorly oriented in the environment. Blood alcohol concentration of 3.68%.
The patient is placed in a pressure chamber. After it is sealed, it is compressed with oxygen for 10 minutes to 1.2 air pressure, exposure at this pressure for 40 minutes and decompression for 12 minutes.
A re-examination after depressurization.
The skin is a normal color. Respiratory rate 16 per minute. Blood pressure 125/80 mm Hg, pulse 72 per minute satisfactory properties. Gait is common. Coordination tests are performed accurately. Available to adequate voice contact. I did not find any alcohol withdrawal syndrome.
