The invention relates to medicine, namely to psychiatry, and can be used in the treatment of neurotic conditions. The purpose of the invention is to prolong the period of remission due to the antistress and sedative effect. The method is carried out by adaptation to the periodic action of hypoxia under pressure chamber conditions. A stepped climb to a height of 3500 m with a duration of each session of 3.0 hours leads to a weakening of clinical manifestations of the disease, expressed in a positive change in the behavior of patients, a decrease in phobic reactions, an increase in efficiency, social adaptation and vitality.
Description
Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к психиатрии, и может быть применено при лечении невротических состо ний .The invention relates to medicine, namely to psychiatry, and can be applied in the treatment of neurotic conditions.
The purpose of the invention is to prolong the remission period due to the anti-stress, sedative effect.
The method is carried out as follows.
Patients are placed in a multi-compartment pressure chamber with hypobaric regime. Due to the adaptation of patients to the periodic action of hypoxia, an anti-stress, sedative effect is formed. At the same time, a gradual, step-by-step lifting of patients is carried out at a speed of 3-5 m / s, starting with the first lifting session at a height of 1000 m, then 500 m each is added daily to reach a final height of 3500 m. Subsequently, 18-20 lifting sessions to a specified height, with
In this case, the time of each session at this height is 3.0 hours, after which the descent is made at a speed of 1-3 m / s.
Вместе с тем при подъеме в пределах данной высоты до 1000 м у абсолютного большинства пациентов никаких отрицательных реакций не наблюдаетс .The beginning of adaptation from altitudes of 1000 m is due to the fact that this magnitude of elevation is a threshold for untrained patients, the initial elimination of which to a great height is associated with the development of their negative reactions. At the same time, when lifting within a given height of up to 1000 m in the absolute majority of patients, no negative reactions are observed.
00A daily increase of 500 m is due to the fact that this amount of lift is a threshold within which negative reactions do not occur and if it is exceeded, it can lead to their manifestation. The ascent rate of 3-5 m / s and the descent speed of 1-3 m / s are limited by the possibility of occurrence when they exceed 00

шении у пациентов болей в ушах, вегетативных расстройств и фобических реакций.patients with pain in the ears, autonomic disorders and phobic reactions.
The choice of the final altitude of 3500 m is due to the fact that it is on it that a positive effect is achieved, and its excess was not carried out due to the risk of adverse reactions,
Продолжительность сеансов 3,0 ч продиктована оптимальностью этого срока дл достижени положительного результата, Увеличение продолжительности сеанса приводит к по влению утомл емости и раздражительности .A session duration of 3.0 hours is dictated by the optimality of this period for achieving a positive result. An increase in the duration of a session leads to the appearance of fatigue and irritability.
Количество сеансов 18-20 обусловлено тем, что при меньшем количестве сеансов клинический эффект не наступает, а при большем - прибавление эффекта отсутствует .The number of sessions 18-20 is due to the fact that with a smaller number of sessions there is no clinical effect, and with a larger one, there is no added effect.
Example 1. Ill L., 37 years. Diagnosis: neurasthenia, phobic syndrome. Sick for 10 years, when, after worrying about the severe illness of the child, irritability, fear that the child would not survive, appeared. Subsequently, the fear of remaining alone, more sharp objects were added. For a long time, she was treated in a psychoneurological dispensary, where she was treated with Elenium, Fanazepam, Sibazon, and also with small doses of neuroleptics — Sonapax, Neuleptil. She repeatedly took courses in hypnotherapy, however, the improvements were short-lived and shallow. Before starting treatment in the pressure chamber, the phobias were pronounced, anxiety, increased fatigue, irritability, and insomnia persisted. When examined by psychological tests: a correct sample of 33 errors, a Crepelin score of 48 additions, a Schulte table 186 s. After 20 sessions, the fears, anxiety disappeared, the patient became balanced, the mood and sleep evened out. Preserved alarming fears for the future. Psychological tests after the end of treatment were significantly normalized: correct test 10 errors, Crepelin score 77 additions, Schulte tables 158 s. Blood pressure (A / D) systolic before adaptation was 100 mm Hg, after adaptation 95 m Hg. Art. A / D diastolic before adaptation was 60 mmHg. Art., after the adaptation of 60 mm Hg. Art., heart rate (HR) to adapt 72 beats / min, after adapting 68 beats / min.

She was ill for 5 years, when, after being overworked, she became isolated at work, her mood decreased, her health was worried, irritability, increased fatigue, headaches, and insomnia were observed. It was treated in a psychoneurological dispensary with tranquilizers (Elenium, Seduxen, Rudotel), antidepressants (amitrip5 tilin, azafen, pyrazidol). There was no improvement. Before treatment, a depressive state with asthenic manifestations was noted in the pressure chamber. When examining psychological problems: a sample of 23 corrected errors, a Crepelin score of 34 additions, Schulte tables 192 p. After 19 sessions, the mood has leveled off, sleep has normalized. Psychological tests: correct trial 23 errors, Crepelin score 72 addition, Schulte tables 189 p. A / D systolic before adaptation was 125 mmHg. Art., after adaptation of 105 mm Hg. Art. A / D diastolic before adaptation was 90 mmHg. Art., after the adaptation of 60 mm Hg. Art., heart rate before adaptation was 74 beats / min, after adaptation 64 beats / min.
Thus, in all patients, an unambiguous result was obtained, indicating that adaptation to the periodic action of hypoxia under pressure chamber conditions has the ability to provide a positive effect by overcoming resistance.
During the examination of 15 patients, a decrease in the number of errors during the correction test from 22.4 ± 4.17 characters to 11.1 ± 3.05 characters was established, meaning a higher ability to concentrate and speed of attention. Similar changes were found during the psychological test of the Kraepelin score. If prior to adaptation for 5 minutes, patients made an average of 47.6 ± 3.65 correct additions, after adaptation, this indicator increased to 61.7 ± 4.24 additions. The rate of mental processes and the volume also increased, which were expressed in a decrease in the amount of time with the consecutive finding of 25 digits in Schulte's tables from 235 ± 10.5 s to 194 ± 10.65 s. The established orientation of the shifts in objective psychological tests took place in the absolute majority of patients, an increase in the Crepelin score in all 15 patients, an improvement in the correction test and a sample with Schulte tables in 13 patients. In one case, the correct sample and the sample with Schulte's tables remained unchanged, and only in one case was the deterioration of both samples.
When analyzing the vegetative reactions before and after adaptation to intermittent hypoxia in the pressure chamber, it was found that in patients the heart rate and A / D indices decrease. In particular, a decrease in heart rate was registered in the absolute majority of patients (in 12 out of 14,, 05). Moreover, the reduction of this indicator in this group of patients is in
