Abstract
Изобретение касаетс очистки жидкостей , в частности молока, и может быть использовано в молочной промышленности. Устройство дл фильтрации молока представл ет собой разъемный по горизонтали корпус, верхн часть которого вл етс приемной емкостью дл фильтруемого молока . Она имеет выпуклое днище с перфорацией . К днищу при помощи эластичных прокладок и болта с гайкой крепитс нижн часть корпуса устройства. Между днищем и нижней частью корпуса размещен фильтрующий пакет, которому при помощи втулки, надетой на болт, придаетс форма усеченного конуса, причем его меньшее основание направлено вверх, к днищу приемной емкости. Такое расположение фильтрующего пакета в совокупности с выпуклой формой днища приемной емкости позвол ет увеличить срок службы фильтрующего пакета. Это достигаетс за счет того, что крупные механические примеси молока осаждаютс на днище приемной емкости, а более мелкие, осаждающиес на поверхности фильтрующего пакета, смываютс потоком молока к его периферийной части. 1 ил. Устройство включает разъемный по горизонтали корпус 1, верхн часть которого представл ет собой приемную емкость 2 с ручками 3 и выпуклым днищем 4, имеющим перфорацию 5 дл очистки молока от крупных частиц механических примесей. В центре днища 4 установлен болт 6, который вместе с баращковой гайкой 7 предназначен дл прижати нижней части 8 корпуса 1. Между приемной емкостью 2 и нижней частью 8 корпуса 1 при помощи эластичных прокладок 9 и 10, а также втулки 11 закреплен фильтрующий пакет 12.
