п. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of laying the weft yarn by increasing its bulk. At the desired time, determined by the synchronization unit 15 and the sensor 16 of the position of the main shaft of the machine, the source 10 of high voltage is turned on. As a result, between the tip formed by the cut 7 of the thread-conducting tube 5 and the annular one. electrode 11 creates a potential difference resulting in a corona discharge. The electric charging of the portion of the filament 6 leads to the repulsion of the filaments (fibers) forming it, its bulkiness increases. The increase in the bulk of the thread contributes to its better interaction with the air flow, and consequently, to its better laying. 1 hp f-ly, 1 ill. (L jz and

14,. Line 2 is supplied with compressed air from a pressure source (not shown). The casing 1 contains a threading tube. located in a sleeve 3 made of a dielectric material (in principle, the housing. 1 can also be made of a dielectric material) and channels 4 for supplying compressed air. One end of the threading tube 5, in which the yarn 6 is located, has a cut 7, and the second through a contact washer 8 and the wire 9 is electrically connected to the source 10 of high voltage. The tube 5 is made of an electrically conductive material. The source 10 is connected to an annular electrode 11 located coaxially with the tube 5 and fixed in the dielectric part 12 of the housing 1 The tube 5, the sleeve 3 and the washer 8 are fixed in the housing 1 by means of a cover 13 made of a dielectric material, n nuts 14,
High voltage source 10 is electrically connected via synchronization unit 15 to sensor 16 of the position of the main shaft of the machine.
At the beginning of the laying cycle, when the main shaft of the machine is rotated, the sensor 16 of the main shaft actuates and through the synchronization unit 15 a high voltage source 10 is turned on, which is supplied by wire 9 through the contact washer 8 to tube 5. As a result, between the tip formed by the cut 7, a tube 5f and an annular electrode 11 create a potential difference of 3-5 kV,

О ABOUT
5,its speed is charged by ions, of the same sign corresponding to the polarity of the voltage on the tube 5,
The electric charging of the section of the thread 6 leads to the repulsion of the filaments forming it (or fibers in the case of yarn), its bulkiness and interaction with the air flow increases.
When air is supplied from the pneumatic line 2, it passes through the annular groove and channels 4 in the conical sleeve 3, moves along the outer wall of the tube 5 and at the cut 7 captures the weft thread 6. Because of the fanning of the charged section of the thread 6, the air flow produces it intensive acceleration and efficient laying in the zone,
6,At the time of the end of the acceleration period, the sensor 16 of the position of the main shaft of the machine is triggered, and the synchronization unit 15 generates a signal for turning off the high-voltage voltage of the source 10. The pulse width of the high-voltage voltage is determined by the sensor 16 and the synchronizer 15 and is adjusted depending on the type of weft thread 6 ,

Further movement of the weft yarn 6 through the nozzle occurs under the action of the air flow when the voltage is applied to the tube 5, which is close to zero-5. The process of laying the thread 6 is carried out periodically, similarly to the cycle in question.
