Описываемый аппарат дл коагул ции крови убойных животных отличаетс от известного тем, что в горловине загрузочного бункера установлен вращающийс затвор, обеспечивающий равномерную подачу крови. Затвор выполнен из монтированных вдоль вала лопастей, на концах которых имеютс скребки, служащие дл очистки горловины бункера от поступающей крови. Под бункером в торцовой части корпуса аппарата установлен патрубок с распылителем дл пара. Такое конструктивное выполнение аппарата позвол ет создать непрерывность процесса коагул ции крови в ТОНРЛМ слое.The described apparatus for coagulating the blood of slaughter animals differs from the known one in that a rotating shutter is installed in the neck of the feed hopper, which ensures an even flow of blood. The shutter is made of blades mounted along the shaft, at the ends of which there are scrapers that serve to clean the neck of the bunker from the incoming blood. A nozzle with a spray for steam is installed under the bunker in the front part of the apparatus casing. Such a constructive implementation of the apparatus allows to create a continuity of the process of blood coagulation in the TONRLM layer.

В верхней входной части корпуса аппарата находитс загрузочный бункер 5, а в нижней выходной части конического днища - разгрузочный люк 4. В горловине бункера 3 находитс вращающийс затвор, состо щий из вала 5 и монтированных на нем лопастей 6, расположенных вдоль вала. На концах лопастей б укреплены скребки 7, очищающие внутренние стенки горловины бункера от крови.
