Abstract
(ЛThe invention relates to methods used in analytical chemistry and makes it possible to increase the sensitivity of the determination of acidic impurities (CO2, CO2, HCl) in air. The method involves converting acidic impurities into an aerosol by passing the analyzed air over crystalline ammonium carbonate at a ratio of the air flow rate to the surface of the reagent of 0.035-0.30 l / min-cm. The invention relates to analytical chemistry and can be used to control the content of acidic components (hydrogen halides, nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides) in the air of industrial premises.
The aim of the invention is to increase the detection sensitivity.
Example 1. An analyte MfDFo air stream containing aeotope dioxide with a bulk velocity of 10 l / min at normal atmospheric pressure is passed over crystalline ammonium carbonate, the surface of which is 280 cm (ratio of the air volume velocity to the reagent surface: 0.035 l / min.cm). The resulting aerosol is directed to the measuring part of the electro-induction dust meter. In the sample determined 2.58 nitrogen dioxide.
ВExample 2. A stream of test air containing hydrogen chloride at a volume velocity of 60 l / min at room temperature and atmospheric pressure is passed over crystalline ammonium carbonate, whose surface is 280 cm (ratio of air volume velocity to, reagent surface 0 |, 21 l / min-cm). The resulting aerosol ol is directed to the measuring part of the electric induction piezmera. AT
0.03 mg / m hydrogen chloride was found in the sample.
П р и м е р 3. PRI me R 3. Analyzed gas containing sulfur dioxide with a bulk velocity of 90 l / min at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, is passed over crystalline ammonium carbonate at a ratio of air velocity to the surface of the reagent 0,300 l / min-cm. The aerosol is directed to the measuring part of the electrical induction dust meter. 0.006 mg / m sulfur dioxide was determined.
Чувствительность определени 0,0005 мг/м- (чувствительность известного спойоба составл ет 0,058 мг/мЗ- ).The sensitivity of the determination is 0.0005 mg / m- (the sensitivity of the known spoyb is 0.058 mg / m3 -).
