Abstract
The invention relates to traumatology and permits an increase in the rigidity of fixation of a fragment of tubular bone. The device contains a rod 1 with threaded sections 2 and 3 with different diameters, the same thread pitch and distance between sections equal to the diameter of the medullary canal. Soft tissues are pierced with a rod, and the canal walls are drilled with a drill. When section 2 passes the second wall of the channel, section 3 passes the first wall before seizure due to the difference in diameters. Then the rod is fixed in the apparatus of the rod system, which allows, without prior drilling, to quickly insert the rod into the bone and create a reliable and tight fixation of the fragment for the entire period of fracture fracture. 5 il.

The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the rigidity of fixation of a fragment of tubular bone.
FIG. 1 shows a device for fixing a fragment of tubular bone, general view; in fig. 2-4 are embodiments of threaded sections; in fig. 5 - the device is in working position.
A device for fixing fragments of tubular bone, made in the form of a cylindrical rod 1 with a threaded section 2 on the pointed working end. The rod 1 at the pointed working end is equipped with a second threaded section 3, the diameter of which exceeds the diameter of the first threaded section 2 (Fig. 2-4), with the steps of the threaded sections being the same, and the distance between the sections 2 and 3 brain canal.
The device is usually used when working with steric systems; the following method is used.
Rod 1 is punctured soft tissue to the bone. The drill drills the walls of the medullary canal, and at the moment of insertion of the threaded portion 2 into the next wall of the medullary canal, the threaded portion 3 begins to simultaneously pass into the previous wall of the medullary canal prior to jamming due to the difference in the diameters of the portions 2 and 3. Then the rod 1 is fixed in the apparatus of the rod system.
The rods are made according to the variant shown in FIG. 2, can be used in stationary conditions in young people of medium build, in which the cortical plates of tubular bones of medium thickness.
The rods are made according to FIG. 3, can be used in patients of middle and old age with a large physique, who are subject to long-term transportation in conditions of assistance in case of mass injuries. An embodiment of the rods according to FIG. 4 is most suitable in cases of replacing a loose rod of known constructions with a rod of equal diameter without additional reaming of the bone canal.
Таким образом, предлагаемое устройство позвол ет без предварительного рассверливани канала быстро вводить стержни в кость и создавать надежное и жесткое зацепление на весь период сращени перелома .Thus, the proposed device allows, without preliminary reaming of the canal, to quickly insert rods into the bone and create a reliable and rigid engagement for the entire period of fracture splicing.
