J 1 The invention relates to a knitting machine industry, in particular to flat fanging machines. The aim of the invention is to increase the productivity of the equipment. FIG. 1 shows a side view of the mechanism; in fig. 2 same., Seen from above. The mechanism in the underside of the flat-flank machine contains a carriage with a console 15 pivotally connected to the guide 2, On one side, the console 1 ends with a shank 3 connected to electromagnet A with core 5 by means of 6 and axis 7. On the other hand The sides of the console 1 terminate with a bracket 8, on which two plates 9 are fixed, fitted with half arches 10 and rings 11, which are clamped on the bracket 8 with nuts 12. Underneath the guide 2 (it is possible above it or on the side) there is a second guideline 13. On both guides with maybe A reciprocating slider is mounted on slider 14 with tides 15 and 16. Tide 15 serves to attach the electromagnet 4 to the heart 5. Tide 16 is the basis for attaching the spring 17 connected to the console 1. In the slider 14 (chain 18 the carriage drive, (Locks 19 with wedges 20 are matched with webs of needles 21 placed in the grooves of the patterns 22. In the lower part of the bracket 8 there is a holder 23 of the yarn feeder 24 with the thread 25. The mechanism works as follows. The thread 25 is threaded into the yarn feeder 24, the carriage is held manually or driven from left to right or vice versa. In this case, the needles 21, by acting on their wedges 20 of the locking groups 19, receive reciprocating movement in the grooves of the phontools 22, capturing the thread 25 and forming knit loops. After receiving the first row of loops, a metal bar (not shown) is placed on them, which is threaded into the holes of the tops of the comb bar. Then, to obtain subsequent rows of knitwear, the carriage receives a reciprocating movement along the foils 22. The carriage moves at the expense of the cantilever 1 sliding along the guide 2, located on the side of the back phonet 22, parallel to it. Salt 1 acts on the end of the slide 14, which moves due to the carriage drive circuit 18, with the lower part of the slide 14 resting on the guide 13. The spring 17 keeps the carriage in the lowest position, creating reliable contact of the locks 19 with needles 21. In the event of thread breakage or of another defect, when the machine is turned off automatically or manually, the electromagnet 4 is activated and the core 5 turns the shank 3 of the console 1 by means of the cable 6 at a certain angle. At the same time, the console 1 lifts the carriage, the needles 21 release from engagement. At this time, the carriage still continues to double along guide 2. But the underside does not occur, because the needles 21 are not communicated by the locks 19 reciprocating 1) But moving to loop them. The carriage may stop near the defective part of the knitwear, or it may continue to move on, but it does not occur in the occupied position. In this case, the fixed needles 21 hold on themselves those knit loops that they managed to complete, and since they are not in contact with the locks 19, the knitted fabric does not break, it hangs on the needles 21. Nedov is removed from the needles 21 and thread 25 again is threaded into the thread guide 24. After stopping the car and turning off the electromagnet 4, the spring 17 returns to the working position, i.e. is lowered onto the phontographs 22 at the level of engagement of the wedges 20 with the needles 21, the machine is turned on and the process of the low is continued. The invention improves the quality of the boom, the productivity of the equipment, as it allows you to completely avoid knit breaks, to eliminate needle breakage when recruiting loops. In addition, the proposed design: carriages allows to simplify and. to make the flat-fang machine much easier, to create a smaller machine with more convenient placement of means for automatic control of needles due to removal of guides, which are usually located close to the fountains and block access to the bottom springs.
