При вращении рабочего органа 2 жидкость поступает в сообщенные с нижним концом трубы патрубки 6 и заставл ет вращатьс наход щиес в патрубках шарики 7.Благодар наличию сквозных отверстий в шариках потоку сообщаютс низкочастотные колебани . При выходе потока из трубы происходит наложение высокочастотных колебаний, обусловленных наличием пластин 10, закрепленных одним концом на верхнем конце трубы. 1 з.п.ф-лы, 5 ил.The invention relates to devices for mixing liquid media and allows to intensify the mixing process. 1 Изобретение относитс к устройст вам дл перемешивани жидких материалов и может примен тьс в :1шмической и других отрасл х промьшленности . Цель изобретени - интенсификаци процесса перемешивани . На фиг.1 показано предлагаемое устройство, общий вид; на фиг. 2 то же, вид сверху; на фиг. 3 - патрубок с шариком; на фиг. 4 - разрез А-А на фиг. 3; на фиг, 5 - шарик , общий вид. Перемешивающее устройство содержит вертикальный вращающийс вал i, на котором закреплен рабочий орган 2 в виде труб 3 с отогнутым в сторону , йротивоположную вращению,верх ним концом 4. Нижний конец 5 труб снабжен сообщенными с ним патрубками 6 со свободными концами, направленными в сторону вращени и с установленными в них с возможностью свободного вращени шариками 7,имею щими сквозные отверсти 8 и лопасти 9. Верхний конец 4 труб 3 снабжен закрепленными на нем одним кон цом -упругими пластинами 10. Кажда труба 3 снабжена размещенной перпендикул рно патрубкам осью 11, на которой установлены все шарики 7. Устройство работает следугацим об разом. При вращении вала 1 жидкость пос тупает в патрубки 6 и, воздейству на лопасти 9, заставл ет вращатьс шарики 7. Вследствие наличи в них сквозных отверстий 8 потоку сообщаютс низкочастотные колебани .
