Abstract
The invention relates to the production of cellulose from wood or other plant material and allows an increase in the yield of cellulose using the alkaline delignification method without a decrease in quality indicators. The boiling of the plant raw material is carried out in an alkaline solution at elevated temperatures and pressure in the presence of a neutralization product of an insoluble, settling, pyrogenic wood resin with an aqueous solution of caustic soda at a consumption rate of 0.5-3.0% QT of the mass of absolute dry raw material. Description
The invention relates to the production of cellulose from wood or other plant raw materials and can be used in the production of cellulose by an alkaline delignification method with an increased yield without a decrease in quality indicators.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the yield of pulp.
Согласно предлагаемому способу получени целлюлозы варку растительного сырь провод т в щелочном растворе при повыщенных температурах и давлении в присутствии органической добавки (продукт нейтрализации нерастворимой отстойной пирогенной древесной смолы) водным раствором едкого натра при расходе добавки 0,5-3,0% от массы абсолютно сухого сырь .According to the proposed method for producing cellulose, the cooking of vegetable raw materials is carried out in an alkaline solution at elevated temperatures and pressure in the presence of an organic additive (neutralization product of insoluble settling pyrogenic wood resin) with an aqueous solution of caustic soda at an additive consumption of 0.5–3.0% by weight of absolutely dry raw materials.
Modification of a settling or boiled hardwood resin is reduced to heating, moving for 2 hours in a reactor at 105-110 ° C and adding at 50-60 ° C an equal in mass amount of a 20% aqueous solution of caustic soda, followed by heating to 110 ° C while achieving almost complete solubility of the obtained product in hot water.
The neutralization product used is wood saponified resin (LMS), which is a black, viscous or semi-solid substance, the mass fraction of water-insoluble substances.
СДО по химическому составу представл ет собой сложную смесь сконденсированных феноловno more than 4%, a density of a 10% aqueous solution of not less than 1017 kg / m, a foaming capacity of not less than 62 cm. The LMS in chemical composition is a complex mixture of condensed phenols.
и их производных в виде фенол тов и солей фенолокислот.and their derivatives in the form of phenols and salts of phenolic acids.
Example 1. The LMS was dissolved in hot water to a concentration of 8-10% and introduced simultaneously with the liquor.
Sulfate cooking of hardwood chips is carried out according to the following mode: heating of chips to 80-90 ° C for 45 minutes, temperature rise to 134-135 ° C for W-70 minutes, impregnation of chips 60 minutes, rise to 165-170 ° C for 60 minutes, stand at
1:8.166-170 ° C for 60 minutes Cooking module 1: 8.
1.The quality indicators of the cellulose are given in table. one.
Example 2. sulfate cooking
При этом наблюдаетс некоторое улучшение показателей качества целлюлозы: увеличение механической прочности и снижение жесткости .birch chips mixed with pine in example 1. The results of the experiment are given in table. 2. As can be seen from the table. 2 sulphate pulping of cellulose-containing raw materials in the presence of wood saponified resin in the amount of 0.5-3.0% by weight of the fiber gives an increase in the yield of unbleached pulp. There has been some improvement in pulp quality indicators: an increase in mechanical strength and a decrease in stiffness.
