Abstract
This invention relates to medicine. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the pressure measurement method. External compression is applied to the wall of the hollow organ. Then, decompression is performed. The residual compression in the cuff is measured at the time of the first non-pulse change in the level of optical density at a point portion of the tissue, taking it as the minimum blood pressure. At the time of the final non-pulse change in the level of optical density, the residual compression in the cuff is measured, taking it for venous pressure. Indicators of the level of compression recorded on the pressure gauge or automatically.

The invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, physiology.
The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy by measuring the dynastic pressure and the point location.
The method is carried out as follows.
During the operation or without operative placement, external compression is applied to the wall of the hollow organ. Then, decompression is performed and the residual compression in the cuff is measured at the time of the first non-pulse change in the level of optical density on a dotted portion of tissue, taking it as the minimum arterial pressure. At the time of the final non-pulse change in the level of optical density, the residual compression in the cuff is measured, taking it as the venous pressure. Indicators of the level of compression recorded on the pressure gauge or automatically.
The method is carried out under experimental conditions in a dog under intravenous thiopental anesthesia with premedication. Median laparotomy is performed. A hemodynamic examination apparatus is applied to a thin beaker, including a rigid pressure chamber with an electric light bulb mounted in it and an opposite transparent membrane on which a photodiode with a limiter is installed to measure non-pulse changes in optical density on a point portion.
With decompression, non-pulse changes in the optical density of the tissue are recorded at the speed of movement of the paper tape 5 mm / s and the amplification of signals 2-4 mm / mV. At the time of the first non-pulse change in the optical density of the vessel associated with arterial inflow, the residual compress in the cuff is measured, taken as the minimum arterial pressure, and at the time of the final non-pulse change in optical density, the residual compression in the cuff is measured, which corresponds to the venous pressure.
При более точном определении величины диастолического давлени по вл етс возможность более точной дифференциации жизнеспособности тканей (например, при точечных ншемн х, когда другие критерии не позвол ют достоверно оценить степень жизнеспособности ).Improving the accuracy of determining dunastolic pressure makes it possible to reduce the likelihood of an error in assessing the viability of the tissues, since diastolic pressure is one of the evaluation criteria. With a more accurate determination of the value of diastolic pressure, it becomes possible to more accurately differentiate the viability of the tissues (for example, with pinpoints when other criteria do not allow a reliable assessment of the degree of viability).
When assessing the condition of anastomoses, a more accurate determination of diastolic pressure allows reliable assessment of viability and timely emergency measures, which reduces the flying ability of surgical interventions.
Повышение точности определени венозного давлени обеспечивает проведение диагностики р да заболеваний, таких как портальна гнпертензи , где точность имеет решающее значение дл определени тактики лечени .Improving the accuracy of the determination of venous pressure provides for the diagnosis of a number of diseases, such as portal hypertension, where accuracy is crucial for determining treatment tactics.
