The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in reversible DC drives. The aim of the invention is to increase reliability. The drawing. The scheme of the drive. The electric drive contains a direct current motor 1, thyristor converters 2 and 3, the first opposite power terminals of which are combined and connected via brush 4 to one terminal of the main winding of electric motor 1, to another terminal of which is connected via brush 5 to the second power output of thyristor converter 2. In addition , the electric drive contains diodes 6 and 7, and the switching node of the electric motor 1 is equipped with additional contact brushes 8 and 9, installed at equal potential points, with the second power output ristornogo converter 3 through the diodes 6 and 7 included in the forward direction of the connections respectively with soy mi complementary contact brushes 8 and 9. The control terminals of thyristor converters 2 and 3 are connected to the control system 10. The drive works as follows. Denote by 3 the current converting the bodies 2 Forward, and by J - the current of the converter 3 Back. Suppose that converter 2 operates in the rectifying mode, and converter 3 operates in the inverter mode. The control system 10 implements the joint coordinated control of converters 2 and 3. Current J of converter 2 flows through the following circuits: first cathode circuit of converter 2 — brush 4 parts of the core winding electrigated 1 through brushes 4, 8, 5 and brushes 4, 9, 5 - anode of converter 3, second cathode circuit of converter 2 - converter 3 brush 8 and 9, - parts of the main winding of electric motor 1 along brushes 8, 5 and brushes 9, 5 - anode of converter 2. Current J creates a torque directed in the direction of rotation motor 1 Forward If in in In converter mode 3, converter 2 operates in the inverter mode, then the current 53 3 flows through the following circuits: the first cathode circuit of the converter 3 - brushes 8 and 9 - parts of the main winding of the electric motor 1 through brushes 8.4 and brushes 9 , 4 — anode of converter 3, second cathode circuit of converter 3 — brushes B and 9 — parts of the electrical winding of the electric motor 1) of the actuator 1 along brushes 8, 5 and along brushes 9, 5 — anode of converter 2 — anode of converter 3. Current 3 of converter 2 with a single part of the current J falls with that part of the current J, which flows through the second circuit. Thus, the part of the current flowing through the first circuit creates a sharp moment, directed in the direction of rotation of the motor 1 Back. Both in the Forward mode and in the Back mode through the converters 2 and 3 the through current flows. This current is egalitarian. The flow paths of this current include parts of the core winding of the electric motor 1 along brushes 8, 5 and along brushes 9, 5, therefore, there is no need to install current-limiting reactors, which makes it possible to reduce the dimensions of the electric drive. In case of random shift of the brushes 8 and 9 of the additional set from the equipotential points of the collector, the difference in emf appears between them and, as a result, a large equalizing current begins to flow. To eliminate the indicated current, the brushes 8 and 9 of the additional set are interconnected via counter-enabled diodes 6 and 7. When the control angles of the converter groups 2 and 3 mismatch when the inverter breaks through, and also when control is lost, leading to complete unlocking of the group per group, an emergency short circuit current. Since the inductive resistance of the electric motor’s core winding is included in the current flow circuit, the speed is. the increase in the emergency current in this device is less, which leads to an increase in the reliability of protection devices and, as a result, to an increase in the reliability of the operation of the electric drive. During transients of acceleration, deceleration and when the electric drive is operated in a closed control system, short-term misalignment of the angles of control of the power valve groups is possible, which causes the appearance of dynamic equalizing currents. In this device, the dynamic equalizing currents are limited by the inductive resistance of a part of the electric motor's main winding, which also increases the reliability of the electric drive.
